Steep stairs and no lift a surprise and request for parking not transmitted by booking.com apparently. But staff said next time to ask for ground floor room, no stairs,
Clean and modern
Shower head clogged with limescale and aircon was we assume on heat mode and therefore would not cool meaning we had to open the window and let the mosquitoes in.
The shower was a hand held device with very little power,
Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, clean and modern room. Quiet location, despite city centre site. Copious breakfast.
Room and bathroom a little small.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and very clean.
The shower was strange as you had to hold up the shower head. Other than that, great place.
Fantastic staff and very close to the city centre yet quiet because it is in a side street
No lift but it's only 2 floors and it is a heritage building.
Nice little boutique hotel in quiet street less than 200m away from centre ville.
Circular Staircase is a little tricky although there are ground floor rooms
Closeness to the centre of town, great restaurants. Staff very helpful and breakfast adequate.
Difficult to find when driving,no lift and steep slightly uneven stairs tiny room with even tinier bathroom...shower facility ...had better in a caravan!
Conveniently located in a quiet neighourhood in the city centre Friendly and professional personnel Complete breakfast
Quite expensive for what you get
Liked the location, décor, the rooms were light and airy and very quiet.
The shower was very odd - was a hand held and the stand to rest it in was at waist length.
Clean, comfortable and friendly
Nice room Great location
No real facilities No parking
The rooms were clean with good windows and light. The bathrooms were small but modern. The hotel was within good walking distance (~10-20 minutes) of all the attractions in the city center. The decor is cute and updated. The breakfast was decent and convenient each morning, though there were often not enough seats for people at peak time. The staff were friendly.
There was no locked closet for storing baggage. On our last day we wanted to leave it with the hotel while walking around. Our bags were left in the open - first, in the common sitting area, then later, in a hallway alcove - which didn't make us feel comfortable.
tiny rooms no elevators lack of cleanliness
very poor room. Should have been priced at 60 Euros, not 105 !
We had an excellent time at La Cour Carree. Very modern rooms that have been recently renovated.
The rooms were contemporary and very clean
There was no lift at the facility therefore my 65 year old parents had to carry their two heavy suitcases up two flights of spiral concrete stairs that had no railing. So dangerous. The rooms were fine but not 4*. The wifi was poor, at 2 floors up it kept disconnecting. Also its further from city centre than known. It is in a lovely quiet area but i discovered at night time this was dangerous and there were many homeless people nearby. I was not comfortable walking to hotel alone by night.
Location, comfort, simplistic design
Very tiny room
Location. Polite receptionist.
Awkward location to get to...and no elevator.
No tea or coffe in room
Very friendly team - helped us with private parking and getting around the lovely city of bordeaux Rooms very nicely decorated and cool trendy feel to the whole place
Maybe offer more facilities for guests eg taxi's into city centres, drinks on the patio area etc
Great location, friendly staff. The hotel's design was fresh and modern. Good value for the area
Hotel was very centrally located, very close walking distance to restaurants and attractions
We had to park in a nearby shopping center as I was informed on arrival that the hotel's car park was full. I had not seen any option to book the car park on the hotels web site or on booking.com. Room was a little on the small side but we were only there for one night.
Overall a very nice charming hotel, within walking to the main attractions and city centre
lack of toilet facilities in the lobby/breakfast area
