It was very chic, with an intimate feeling . The rooms were not small but they felt cozy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast came quickly. The coffee, tea and fruit salad were perfect. great wheat bread and croissants.

Quiet area but great for families
- The convenience of the location, close to the city center but not close enough to be in the traffic. Good price and staff is friendly. It was clean and decent, just good for a one or two night stay. We are traveling with 3 kids so we are on a budget. Overall we had a pleasant stay. We were out the whole day so we are not at the hotel the whole time, good for resting after a long tired day of exploring.
It location was great for a dog friendly hotel. Lovely walks around the lakes nearby (literally just off the hotel terrace!) parking was great, right outside although it does get busy. A shop just across the car park with sells everything you might want when travelling. We were sad to only be staying one night, next time we will stay longer, and there will be a next time for certain!
There was no staff when I arrived, the hotel reception was closed and I used self check in as instructed by email from the hotel staff
The bedroom was very dirty and sting smoke, the toilet had shit all over pictures are taken, the shower was very dirty pictures taken, blood in the curtain no one in there to complain at the time.
Very convenient for travelers having business in the northern parts of Bordeaux. Easy access to Pont d'Aquitaine and the high way. Situated in a modern part of the city. Many rooms are with view to the lake. A supermarket in the adjacent building. Free parking places around the hotel + underground paid parking. A spa center nearby.
The pool is super clean and really nice.
The appartment is spacious and clean.
The staff are really friendly and helpful.
The supermarket is right next to the hotel.
The Lake beach is a 5-10 min walk away.
If I paid a "normal" price, this hotel would have been okay. I had to pay extra for breakfast, even after an exorbitant booking cost, but the scrambled eggs were good.
The room was clean, there is a beautiful lake by the hotel. We arrived late, did the self check-in - didn't have any problems, very easy and straightforward.
