Superb and branded new apartment of 50 Sqm, tastefully decorated and tech oriented. Perfect for a couple or a solo stay. (3 with a child) It offers comfort conditions of very high standard with its bedroom, bathroom, large living room, separate WC, its amazing fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There are a lot of storage spaces. We also have picked premium matrix for our bed. It is a prime location on Latin Quarter and the apartment is oriented on a small street and has double glazing. - Branded new apartment - 4th floor with no elevator - Prime Location - Fully equipped : Dishwasher/ Washing machine / TV / Stove / Nespresso Coffee Machine /Netflix
