The location is perfect. Our view from floor 5 was wonderful. The property oozes of charm and history. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The wifi worked well and there is parking on site.

Was a really fantastic quirky gem of a budget hotel in center of Rouen. The staff were fab. We had dog with us which was welcome. It was very cheap for price. The breakfast was excellent. We only stayed a day but wish we'd stayed longer.

Good parking and very clean throughout.
Good parking and very clean throughout. Nice to find a kettle in the room and a supermarket next to it. Nice friendly staff. The only fault, which is the deal breaker, there is no air con or fan in the room making it totally unsuitable for motorcyclists if you get wet. Our clothes were still wet the next day. Even if we didn't get wet, it was 34+ degrees and because of no ventilation in the room we had quite a restless nights sleep. If we opened the window flies and mosquitoes would come in. Because of that single issue, I couldn't recommend this hotel.
