The location was perfect! Centrally located to the main square of Rouen. It was a very comfortable property with all the amenities. The hotel staff was very accommodating and spoke English which was very helpful. The room was comfortable albeit a bit small, but I do think that is expected in Europe vs. the U.S. All in all a very, very comfortable and clean property and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Very quaint, in the center city, close to transport, near shopping, food and all the historic sites to visit. Breakfast was excellent, coffee, tea, juice, yogurt, bread/croissant butter and jam, cold meat and cheese. staff was helpful, and English speaking. The patio is lovely for coffee or tea. Did not eat dinner or have tea or dessert, so can’t comment.

We were surprised by the cosmopolitan sensibility in the city. The old town and the many medieval buildings were charming and the cathedral was overwhelming. But good shopping and very good food made Rouen a great place to visit.

One-way systems took a bit of getting used to as a foreigner driving in the city but lots of public car parks and we felt safe walking around in the evening with our kids. Loads of restaurants and bars to choose from, we love Nanakô the noodle bar for its excellent service and freshly cooked authentic food. The cathedral is awe inspiring (currently being renovated after the fire). We'd like to come back and stay longer to explore properly.

Rouen Cathedral is probably the most impressive cathedral I have ever visited because of its impressive facade and the sheer number of saint statues and chapels inside. Real candles are still allowed here. Many lovely old buildings in the historic town centre. Also a good range of attractive shops, including Sephora. The market hall near the Jean D'Arc church had excellent produce. The 'plat du jour' (dish of the day) in the fairly cheap restaurant we visited was a delight, since the French kitchen is of such a high standard.

The old town had many lovely old timbered buildings and it was great to wander round the streets and soak up the atmosphere. We were just having a stopover in Rouen on our way further south, so we didn’t have time to visit many of the attractions. It would be worth going back sometime to do that.

Rouen is full of interesting mediaeval buildings notably the cathedral. The city centre is largely pedestrianised and easy to walk around. Public transport if required is effective and good value. Many fascinating small shops. The Musee de Beaux Arts is a major national art gallery with many impressionist paintings. It is a 'must see'. Plenty of good cafes and restaurants. The riverside lacks character but the city centre is exceptional. We decided that we must return again as there is so much to see, and we like the feel of the place.

Rouen is a great city, compact so everything accessible. But don't visit on a Monday - most things are closed. The ceramics museum ws surprisingly good. Our dinner was very disappointing despite it being the No 1 on tripadvisor

Lovely stylish and comfortable hotel at a really affordable price.
The staff were really friendly and accommodated.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The hotel had a number of restaurants, fast food locations, shops and cafes very near by and we (as a family of 5 including an 8 & 10 year old as well as a baby) happily walked into Rouen.
A beautiful hotel right in the center of Rouenn, at walking distance from the main attractions. Helpful, polite and kind staff, amazing atmosphere, nice and clean rooms, great breakfast with local products. A big parking at 2 minutes distance with a discount from the hotel.
Excellent central location near all major sites. Amazing breakfast choice. Enough to read 📚 in the hotel without visiting Rouen (but that would be a shame).
