Please note that the apartment is shared with the host and others guests in case you book only the privates rooms. However you have the access to the entire apartment in case you book it entirely. Our accommodation is only 5 minutes walk from the tram, allowing you to reach: -> The beach and Nice Old-Town in 10 minutes. -> Nice-ville train station in 5 minutes. - This elegant apartment, completely renovated and equipped, consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 small balcony. Accommodation for 6 people, very chic and contemporary, is fully air-conditioned in each room. You will feel at home from the moment you arrive.
