Staff were really helpful. Accommodation really comfortable and spacious. Some people have giving a bad review - I am very happy to give a very good review!
Very nice space, fully equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable. Close to Chateau Chenonceau.
No restaurants close by, but we knew ahead of time and had lovely meals in other towns.
Being self contained Good lounge and dining room areas Very new and reasonably fitted out
No corkscrew Not being able to park by the accommodation Fairly thin internal walls
Location is quiet but not far from the main roads, a big supermarket is at 3 min. driving distance; Separate entrance - you don't hear or see your neighbours, at night we slept with the window open breathing pure air and hearing the birds!
This hotel is good but definitely needs some finishing touch. The passages between bungalows are very narrow and of very bad quality, no space to park near the bungalow though the area is huge and empty; the restaurant was closed unexpectedly, it was not inspiring anyway; worn and dirty kitchen supplies in the apartment we had no forks and the frying pan was impossible to use. This hotel in general has much more potential! It's a pity they don' t Use all of it.
Big space, nice kitchen, great location for castle hopping
Parking so far away was dumb, so we didn't the second night
The apartment is very spacious! Beds were comfortable! Perfect location! Within 5 miles of a grocery store.
There were very few kitchen utensils
I liked it so much I stayed here again on my way back. Reception closes at 8pm but staff helped make sure I could get into my room OK. It was really quiet and could barely hear any traffic, even with window near bed slightly ajar (faced away from main road). Spacious, with lounge, armchair and kitchen facilities. Nice to have a bathtub to soak in too. :-)
Can't park cars in front of unit, needs better lighting between car park and rooms.
Nice spacious villa.
Bit isolated for us as we were on a bike ride from amboise to orlens
My room was never cleaned during my three nights stay.
Well Positioned Away from the bustle of the city Large Apartments Near all directions Near Supermarket Well furnished Very kind Staff
Dirty ( my Gf spent 3 hour to make it sanitaized ) and very dirty windows ! NO WIFI - Out of the World ! Very bumpy internal roads No chance to wash and lay out clothes in the cottage, this is a real problem for a family
WE HAVE ONLY SPLENDID MEMORIES, SO THAT THERE IS NOTHING TO DISLIKE!
I liked that it was a room with a roof and a bed. And that the staff stayed a few minutes late for us to check in as our flight was delayed into Charles De Gaulle Airport and we did our best to get there prior to the 11pm check-in time. Otherwise, this hotel is convenient to Ambroise and Chateau Chenonceau but otherwise, in the middle of no-where.
The overall space seemed dirty and smelled. Cobwebs in the toilet room. When you felt the wall of the shower it was that slimy growth feel...not one of cleanliness! The toilet is separate from the shower/sink so you have to visit both rooms to wash your hands. The bed was nice and the comforter warm. The kitchen was also furnished and a nice microwave.
There is really nothing that we liked. In fact I can't comment on the quality of the sleep because we didn't stay: it was that bad.
Filthy. The place was filthy, with weeks of dust gathered in parts and hairs all over the floor and stairs. The sofa had crumbs all over it and there were no mattress protectors. A minor point (compared to the others) were that the views from the windows were clouded with the dirt on the glass. We actually saw two duplex's because the first one was filthy and smelled bad. The second didn't smell as bad, but was just as filthy. The car park was a 5 minute walk from the first duplex (at a fair pace) and the roads that led to the duplexes (for the purposes of unloading) were more potholed that the remotest parts I have been to - a canny way of enforcing a speed limit.
You need to have a car. It is out of town. You have to park in a carpark a long way from your accommodation.
used it a a stop-over on the way to south, fine for a couple of nights, otherwise, looks like to complex has not been properly thought through, hence leaves a lot of room for improvement.nevertheless, has got everything one needs for a short stay. perfect place for exploring loire valley
ants in the apartments (even on the 1st floor!), some funny smell as well (smells like they've been fumigating: probably trying to get rid of those ants ))
We like the modern look of Villa Bellagio.
Our specific Villa is dusty. The internet wasn't working. It was difficult to call the front desk for assistance.
quiet and great cycle routes
no kettle in kitchen very small bathroom pot holes in the approach roads and general unattractive appearance
Good place for a night stop travelling through France. Easy location, close to Amboise, clean, safe and great value for money. Easy check in and out and nice breakfast.
Didn't enjoy leaving the car in a car park a good 8 minute walk from the chalet, especially in the pouring rain and having to remove half the car contents for security overnight. The security man twice knocked our door to ask if we would move our car away from the chalet to the car park, which we had, but some clients clearly weren't going to do it and their cars remained outside the chalets all night.
Spacious grounds (which would be improved enormously with some planting) Swimming pool Spacious in the units Separate toilet upstairs and down
No laundry facilities anywhere on site Place all looks like the developer ran out of money and it didn't get finished Not allowed to park car by the unit even though there is heaps of unused and undeveloped space Prints of historical faces bolted to the bedroom walls, which my (not so young) children all found "creepy". I had to hang towels over the pictures to get them to go to sleep in there. Had a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets for it, nor any dish washing liquid, drainer, or tea towels. No electric kettle
convenient place which is close to historical sites;
outage of wifi
the beds are good it was quiet!
too less material in the kitchen to cook and eat swimming pool one day problems with Chloor
The room size was good for 4 of us.
You cant park in front of the building. They will not clean your room if you have discounted price. No A/C in the room.
location, facilities, staff friendliness
Spacious lounge area
1) Bedrooms upstairs were small. The additional lounge area upstairs is wasted space upstairs in the duplex. 2) They charged my credit card before arrival contrary to the note on the booking. As a result paid a foreign exchange commission of £3.50 I was hoping to avoid by paying directly when I arrived.
Location was good for walking into Amboise. Room was spacious and very clean.
No usable wifi in room. Wifi in reception was good. Breakfast was not great value.
