    OK accommodation.

You need to have a car. It is out of town. You have to park in a carpark a long way from your accommodation.

used it a a stop-over on the way to south, fine for a couple of nights, otherwise, looks like to complex has not been properly thought through, hence leaves a lot of room for improvement.nevertheless, has got everything one needs for a short stay. perfect place for exploring loire valley

ants in the apartments (even on the 1st floor!), some funny smell as well (smells like they've been fumigating: probably trying to get rid of those ants ))

We like the modern look of Villa Bellagio.

Our specific Villa is dusty. The internet wasn't working. It was difficult to call the front desk for assistance.

Good place for a night stop travelling through France. Easy location, close to Amboise, clean, safe and great value for money. Easy check in and out and nice breakfast.

Didn't enjoy leaving the car in a car park a good 8 minute walk from the chalet, especially in the pouring rain and having to remove half the car contents for security overnight. The security man twice knocked our door to ask if we would move our car away from the chalet to the car park, which we had, but some clients clearly weren't going to do it and their cars remained outside the chalets all night.

Spacious grounds (which would be improved enormously with some planting) Swimming pool Spacious in the units Separate toilet upstairs and down

No laundry facilities anywhere on site Place all looks like the developer ran out of money and it didn't get finished Not allowed to park car by the unit even though there is heaps of unused and undeveloped space Prints of historical faces bolted to the bedroom walls, which my (not so young) children all found "creepy". I had to hang towels over the pictures to get them to go to sleep in there. Had a dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets for it, nor any dish washing liquid, drainer, or tea towels. No electric kettle

The room size was good for 4 of us.

You cant park in front of the building. They will not clean your room if you have discounted price. No A/C in the room.

    Spacious lounge area

    1) Bedrooms upstairs were small. The additional lounge area upstairs is wasted space upstairs in the duplex. 2) They charged my credit card before arrival contrary to the note on the booking. As a result paid a foreign exchange commission of £3.50 I was hoping to avoid by paying directly when I arrived.

Being surround by quiet countryside and distance to Amboise.

The layout, poor finish and general shabby look to the hotel complex. The strange, pungent smell that greeted us when we entered the room. No Tarmac on roads with big pot holes. Couldn't park car by the appartment. Our shoes got wet walking from the parking area to our room. No style. 50€ would have been reasonable.

The perfect place to stay with the family to visit the Loire castles. The apartment was really nicely equipped with all what's needed for our stay. As we were staying on the "hotel package" the cleaning was done everyday in the house and the towels were changed as well. We had a good WIFI connection in our house. The situation and infrastructure are really nice as well as the personnel on the reception desks, who is ready to help you with all your questions. The parking is for free and have almost then enough places. We and our kids were really nicely surprised by this lovely place.

Only one thing which was really disturbing that you have to leave before 10:00 in the morning, it's a bit early... and at 9h35 there were already cleaning lady to ask us to leave.

It was a good base-camp for touring the Touraine area.

It was very isolated and had no facilities other than a swimming pool. The bar closed all day sunday. There were ants in ground floor. There was a bit of an unsanitary smell for the first few days. We had a balcony but no furniture. Summary: a bit basic.

hotel in the middle of nowhere, so you need to have car.

Breakfast is so so, shower is good but water is coming out to the floor, as there are no curtains

We stayed there overnight on our way to Normandy, in a 5-6 people duplex flat. Would be great to return for longer in order to visit the castles of the Loire valley. We slept well and the breakfast was enjoyable too. Would recommend to anyone who likes open spaces and to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel room.

Location was great between town of Amboise and the Chateau Chenonceau. Layout of 5-6 Apartment was great especially with our 2 & 3 year old. Sitting outside was nice and the pool would have been great addition if the weather had been warmer. Staff was easy to work with. It was a great stay and we would recommend to others.

Amenities were good but the following should be provided otherwise you can't even use them: dishsoap for dishwasher, coffee filters for coffee machine, salt & pepper for shakers, etc. There were no paper towels (which could act as a coffee filter), no sponge or dish soap to wash the dishes. And the floor mat inside the front door was a very small, thin, outdoor mat so it was very hard to wipe your feet when you enter. The outside is dirt (or mud if wet) so a good indoor mat is necessary.

The room was very comfortable. Kitchen small but useful and plenty of hot water.

Parking is too far from rooms. Roads within the complex need a complete upgrade. To many potholes. This resort could be turned into a magnificent complex with a little bit of care and maintenance.
