COLLECTION OF YOUR APARTMENT KEYS AT OUR NESTOR&JEEVES CONCIERGERIE AT 43 RUE DE FRANCE IN NICE from 10.00am. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED at least 24 hours before your arrival date via our online conciergerie service. You will be asked for proof of identity and the payment card used to make the reservation for the security deposit. The NESTOR&JEEVES ONLINE CONCIERGERIE will provide you with all the information you need about your apartment before and during your stay. FLORIDA BEACH is a nice air-conditioned studio with a balcony. It is ideally located a few steps from the Promenade des Anglais and its many beaches. The tramway stop "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen", 2 stops from the hyper center is at the foot of the building. The apartment is fully equipped, so you will appreciate its layout, which makes the space friendly and good to live in. You will be seduced by the terrace where you can have a glass of rosé in the evening after your long walks in the streets of Nice. Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
