On the fourth floor with an elevator, you will appreciate its balcony which surrounds the living room and can be used to enjoy your aperitif or read a book. This flat is just a few minutes from the Negresco, the Beaux-Arts Museum and the Russian Orthodox Church. You also have a free and private parking spot in the same building ! You can explore Nice easily on foot, by bike or by tram, with the tram stop less than 5 minutes away. INFORMATION: We would like to inform you that façade renovation work will start in May 2024. This may cause noise pollution, which we cannot anticipate as the work progresses. As a result, the price of the apartment has been adjusted to compensate for any possible nuisance.
