The people that worked at the hotel were nice and helpful. The room had a leaking ceiling that was at the entrance of the room, we believe it was from the air condition. The ceiling panel was holding the water and at night it started poring off that i had to go downstairs and let them know and had them give me a bucket. I believe that is why the system was not cooling the room.

The cleaners ( a male) at about 9:30am did not knock the room door number 108 were there was my wife little baby girls 2 month old and my son Rayane 8 years old. He entered the room without permission or knocking luckily my wife was still in her bed and my son was up and saw this stranger male opening the hotel door. However, on second day, few things were missing, due to many guests. Location is good. However, more comfortable for people having personal cars. For those who have to take public transport, they need to walk a little to get bus or further more for taking tram.
