Close to the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Narbonne, this resort is ideally located in a pine forest, in the center of the Clape Mountains. The Mas Pierrot is in a warm and authentic atmosphere.

Location was good for an overnight stop
rooms extremely small and grubby
Fine for an overnight en-route for Spain.
Was given a disabled room as I was a single traveler. Room smelt musty as if it had not been used for a while. Air conditioner was over the bed and half way through the night I had drips of water on me from it. There is a light switch set into the centre of the bed head. If you are a restless sleeper, you catch this switch and keep turning the overhead light on! Not good.
Great room - just right for one night's stay - everything we needed. Friendly staff - free wifi - all the amenities. Locked car park at night with access for clients.
location. breakfast, Friendly staff & cleaning ladies.
Very rowdy guests in rooms adjacent until 1.30 in the morning unfortunately they were British.
The greeting was wonderful.
Humping sounds through paper thin walls from 3-5 AM. Bathrooms a joke. Restaurant discount 15% was generous but the food was inedible... next door

Hairdresser, 2 towels for a 3 beded room
safe car park, cheap, clean, usable internet (though a bit slow sometimes)
very small room with small window, small en suite bathroom, basic, a bit too functional. a bit noisy on the main road side
Convenient overnight stop for our trip to Italy. Basic hotel not much to say really. Thankfully there was another hotel opposite with an excellent restaurant, neccesssary because the hotel was a long way out of the city
Easy to find, parking, bathroom ok
the bed in the single room is narrow and hard
This is a great, comfortable, clean pod style hotel. Location was excellent for driving to the airport in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The shower is tiny.
WiFi is a joke!!!
I waited until now to review our stay at this hotel in the hope that the management would address properly our concerns about our stay. As with no doubt 99% of the other guests at the hotel on the night of Friday, 21 March, we had almost no sleep. This was due to a group of young men (apparently hotel guests) wandering around the external corridors laughing and shouting from approximately 1am to around 5:30am. I understand that these men occupied the room next to ours. The whole episode was really quite frightening, as at that time, we had no knowledge of who these people might be. We assumed initially that they had broken into the site and were intent on entering the rooms of guests. It did not appear that the doors to the rooms would withstand forceable entry. No attempt whatsoever was made by the hotel management to do anything about this problem throughout the whole of the night. Surely the police or a security firm should have been called in? I subsequently wrote to the hotel and requested an explanation and full refund at the very least. All I was offered was a Euro30 voucher to stay at their hotel chain again - as if we would want to!!! No answer to my question about calling in the police or a security firm. It goes without saying that we will never stay at a Premier Classe hotel again.
Very helpful staff even if they don't help with a smile...
The supposed WiFi is beyond a joke. Did a speed (slow) test and got circa 32 bits per second, that's 4 bytes per sekond, slower than a 56k dial up modem... Utterly unbelievable and shocking. Won't see me ever again!
The hotel is an ideal stop off point on longer journeys
We had to change our room because the first we were allocated had a malfunctioning lavatory. The second, despite my saying I would prefer a double bed, had two singles. I couldn't be bothered to go and request another room change, big mistake in hindsight. The sheets are sewn together at the bottom, so unless you like to feel as if you are in a shroud, you are going to wriggle around uncomfortably. The pillows also smelt rather stale. The walls are paper thin and thus we were treated to every detail of our neighbours' very noisy return at 3:00, complete with cheering, slamming of doors and numerous visits to the lavatory. The eating area is also too small if the hotel is full and we ended up having to curtail our breakfast as we were sick of being glared at by other families for having a seat when they did not. This hotel is also quite hard to find once you get off the motorway as the junctions by no means make it clear where you should go
If you want a quick overnight stop this is ideal. The car park is very close to the building so there's no unnecessary schlepping your belongings around
Don't believe anybody who says this is easy to find - it isn't and we had to have several passes at various road junctions before we found the right one. We arrived very late and the gates were shut - you need a code to get in and sadly this is only provided when you check in, which we could not do because of the gates being locked. After 10 minutes spent ringing the bell and getting no response, in a temper we went to the Campanile across the road to book in there instead. When we explained we had originally booked at the Premiere Classe, the guy on reception smiled broadly and said HE was the one to check us in there... WHY was there not a note on the gate to tell us this rather than asking us to ring a bell which nobody answered.
Clean and convenient to the highway.
No telephone in the room.
Does what it says on the tin.
Shower curtain. Vile things.
clean, effficient & freindly
Lowest price, strong internet signal, friendly staff at the front desk
uncomfortable bed and pillow
Easy to get to and get into.
They didn't tell me by e-mail that on arrival after reception is closed to go to the campanile opposite, by chance i phoned ahead. Very noisy between rooms and outside.
Cheap and 24/24
It is for truck drivers mainly, but it was handy for late night arrival.
WiFi access. Breakfast Location Helpful staff
Well located and easy to find. No restaurant on site, but you get a 15% discount voucher to use at the Campanile Hotel opposite for dinner.
