Welcome to our apartment on the sea front, Located on the ground floor, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, space, terrace, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi... This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a second bedroom with a truckle bed, bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC, opened kitchen on the living room with TV and access to the terrace. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The basics consumables for the kitchen and the bathroom will be present in the apartment so that you can enjoy easily the accommodation on your arrival. This is a no smoking apartment.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is close to the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, Nice International Airport and the Tramway line (Magnan stop) to reach the city center in a few minutes. Walk accross the street and you will arrive on the beach. You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc) Walk along the Promenade des Anglais for 25 minutes and you will arrive in the Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice.
