In the heart of the 7th arrondissement, this comfortable 105 m² apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris. Sleeping up to 5 people, it's ideal for a family. Between 10pm and midnight, we may be asked for a supplement. Enjoy your stay! :) ## Logement Located on the 1st floor with elevator, the accommodation comprises: - three bedrooms with two double beds and one single bed ; - two bathrooms; - an open, fully-equipped kitchen; - a dining room ; - and a lounge area for relaxing after a day out. You'll particularly appreciate : - its brightness (double glazing) ; - its calm (janitor in the building); - its 25 m² sunny terrace (with garden furniture for aperitifs and dinners); - its location (in a pleasant district, right in the center of Paris, a stone's throw from many museums and restaurants). During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, Iron, Washing machine, Wifi. The apartment is close to the "Pont de l'Alma" metro station. You'll find a Franprix supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs.
