Pleasant and bright studio perfectly located in the center of Nice, 1 minute walk from the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais, 25 minutes walk from the train station and 5 km from the airport. The tram stop "Centre Universitaire Méditerranéen" is in front of the residence and will bring you to the train station in 16 minutes and in 22 minutes from/to the airport. The apartment includes a living room with a sofa double bed (140cm x 190cm); bedsheets and towels are furnished. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a cooker hood, hotplates, a fridge, a freezer, a coffee machine, a boiler and all the kitchen tools you will need to feel just like home. This air-conditioned accommodation includes a flat-screen TV, fast wifi and a bathroom with hairdryer and washing machine. Finally, you will have access (directly from the apartment) to an outdoor seating where you can enjoy your breakfast for example and that is accessible with a small step stool. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people.

Depuis notre rencontre, nous avons beaucoup voyagé et rencontré des personnes formidables aux 4 coins du monde ! Petit à petit, l’idée de recevoir des personnes dans nos villes natales respectives s’est formée pour finalement devenir réalité en février 2021 ! Nous sommes donc ravis de vous accueillir dans ce petit nid douillet à Nice, la ville de naissance d’Audrey. (ENG) Audrey is french, and is born in Nice. Riccardo is italian from Arezzo in the beautiful Tuscany region. We met each other in 2013 in Australia, in Melbourne more precisely. Since we met, we have been traveling and met amazing people all over the world. Little by little, the idea of welcoming people in our hometowns grew and finally became reality in February 2021! We are delighted to welcome you in Nice, Audrey's hometown.
Quelles sont les choses à voir à Nice ? • Bien sûr l’emblématique Promenade des Anglais où vous pourrez courir aux bruits des vagues, vous promener après un bon repas ou tout simplement admirer la vue. • Colline du Château : De là, vous aurez une vue panoramique magnifique sur la Promenade des Anglais et sur la mer. N’oubliez pas vos appareils photos ! • Vieille Ville : Vous pourrez vous balader et vous perdre dans ces petites ruelles typiques du Vieux Nice. • Marché du Cours Saleya : Ouverts tous les jours, sauf le lundi de 6h00 à 13h30 et parfait pour goûter les spécialités locales. • Cathédrale St Nicolas : Cette église russe orthodoxe est spectaculaire. On se croirait presque à Moscou ! • La place Masséna : Rénovée en 2007, cette place réservée exclusivement aux piétons est le point de départ de l’avenue Jean Médecin, pour les adeptes de shopping. • Place Garibaldi : Autre place sublime de Nice, elle abrite plusieurs bars et restaurants.
