Didn't order breakfast. Location was ideal. Once we figured out to enter and exit one block over, it was easy to get in and out of the location, even with large luggage. Dannia, who met us with the key, was very helpful getting our luggage up the stairs on the hill. She was very nice and started off our stay nicely.
