Loved everything ... Will be back
Nothing didnt like. All goiod.
The bed is really comfortable. The hardware is excellent and the environment is really nice ~~~
The bathroom has no door.....it's a little embrassment....
-Location is excellent. Very close to metro.
-I stayed at the deluxe d. room. No proper sound proofing. Woke up 10 times in a night.
Location very close to the metro, wuite big room for Paris, free internet
Super-friendly staff. Gorgeous boutique hotel.
Quite spacious room, very nicely refurbished old house, quite nicely done courtyard in the back, well equiped large bathroom with rain shower. Very friendly hostess!!
Juste une tranche de jambon avec le petit déjeuner fera plaisir!!
Small boutique hotel with only a few rooms. Very pleasant staff and comfy rooms. Ideally located for Trocadero/Bois de Boulogne
Paris is not safe ... But this hotel is in a very safe and nice location (16) and it's very close to the metro station rue de la pompe great!
Nice and design room, clean
The room was on the ground floor, and it was for our first night after the wedding. The hotel knew about the event.
Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff - felt welcomed when we arrived. Easy access to our room. Excellent location..close to Eiffel Tower. Had a great few days in Paris
Nothing to report..
Fantastic location a short walk from the Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower, beautifully decorated - much more interesting than the more corporate looking alternatives in Paris, and well looked after by staff who coped well with our inability to speak any French.
Nothing to dislike about this hotel or the service we received. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Nice "hotel de charme" as these smaller hotels are called. Located 100 meters from a subway station and 500 meters from the Trocadero. Very quiet area. All members of personnel were very nice and went out of their way to help. We had a "deluxe" room which was spacious, quiet, and clean. Perfect hotel for the traveler who's not in a hurry and does not wish to constantly be in the touristic area.
The upside to the hotel being in a residential neighborhood means that it's quiet; the down side is that there is a limited number of shopping/dining options within walking distance. But the selection that is there is truly Parisian, not strictly tourist oriented.
Cool design and quirky decor
Plumbing in shower was a bit noisy, had to fiddle with it to make it stop banging
spaceous room attentive staff good breakfast
no refrigerator in room non working power outlets
Located in a very quiet neighborhood near Trocadero. Rou dela Pompei metro station is just few steps from the hotel. There are shops and groceries and even mcDonalds near the hotel. Most helpful staff ever. Our room were located at the 2nd floor and because there is no lift, the receptionists (Simon) helped us carry our luggages to our room. This was big deal to us as we are carrying 6 heavy luggages. The room was immaculate. Super comfy bed, best tub, and spacious room. The lady (yes lady) at the reception helped us carry down our bag upon our departure. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
Too tiny rooms No elevator No lobby No breakfast area No privacy in the shower room
Very close to metro and Tour Eiffel. The area is very civilized. Friendly staff. The bed is very confortable.
No intimacy at shower. There is no door between the room and the shower.
The location was very good, right next to a metro stop and a bus stop, about ten minutes walk from Trocadéro. The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful (happy to speak English!). The air conditioning worked very well, which was a blessing as it was 35 degrees Celsius.
The shower was in the same room as the bed and did not have a door. The toilet was very cramped. The lighting system was very complex and included some rather tacky disco lights.
The location was great, the room size good and clean, comfortable beds
The bathroom did not have a door. There was a transparent glass between the bed and the shower. Very inconvenient when travelling with group of friends. Could be suitable for a young couple or when travelling alone
Staff is exceptional!! Room 8 overlooks courtyard and is spacious and comfortable. Great for anyone. Breakfast in bed was fantastic! Also, less than a block from metro stop and short walk to Eiffel.
I wish the morning coffee was espresso and the OJ fresh squeezed.
Location - day team on duty very helpful and accommodating
cleanliness of bathroom
Bed was comfortable. Nice decor, perfect location for work(meetings in centre of Paris or La Defense
It was cozy, the location was great, breakfast very nice. I bit small in many ways, including the breakfast area (only two tables at the reception) but it worked out fine.
The bathroom is in the room without real closing doors.
The hotel is based in a great location, very close to the metro (just some meters away), close to many restaurants, stores, supermarkets and a park. The room is great and actually in a good size (FOR PARIS STANDARDS). The hotel is clean and trusty. Considering some small problems I had, I would recommed this hotel because of the location which is awesome. But in overall, I think it's a lil bit too expensive for the service they provide.
When I came back one day my bed was NOT made. This hotel is more expensive than the average, so I expected top service (or at least the bed being made), the walls are very thin for you can hear other rooms talking. There was a leak in my bedroom (above the bathroom sink) that was not solved while I was there. The stairs are actually small and noisy.
