Everything about this property was an incredible experience. When one thinks luxury and service, Cap Estel goes above and beyond. One truly feels pampered and attended to in an extremely well-appointed space. I will definitely be back!

It’s beautiful place if you like walking as the beach is a little way down the mountain . You have to drive or take the bus . There’s not much to do here but eat in restaurants on old cobbled streets and look at art .
For those who are fit it’s good to hike on a rugged road to the beach it takes a hour and is hairy , but you feel a sense of achievement .

An overall nice stay with a great view but an odor in our room took over our entire stay experience. We were unable to stay in the suite we booked which was unfortunate. The service was good sometimes and bad other times. It depended who we spoke to. We ate at the restaurant two nights in a row and it had a nice view the food was good too. I enjoyed the buffet style breakfast every morning. I also had a private transportation for my big family of 7 to get around. I would not recommend their in-house taxi service because it was way overpriced. Our private transportation that we booked for other days was cheaper. Local Taxi's also charged a better rate. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves minus the odor and suite situation.

Incomparable view onto Èze and coast.
Incomparable view onto Èze and coast. Well appointed, spacious and furnished terrace/grounds, which allows one to make most of view, as apartment smaller than expected. Excellent location to tour from though car needed. Èze itself, must be experienced especially early morning or late afternoon, when crowds are gone. Memorable stay.

Truly beautiful!
Truly beautiful! Would have liked to have visited the beach but we had other days in other locations planned at the beach. The old Eze village is worth the trip - amazing buildings, cute shopping, and excellent pizza at the bottom. Taxi drivers are very helpful and friendly.

We spent only one night, but loved it.
Eze Hermitage is practically at the top of the city. Great view.
Walked around the grounds. Had to call the hotel to get directions.
GPS bailed on us a couple of times.
We had a wonderful time! The garden is beautiful, great to enjoy your breakfast or a drink in the afternoon. We had a nice room with a big balcony with a table and chairs. The personal was really friendly and helpful. The bus to Eze is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel, which gets you to the village in about 5 minutes. Near the hotel there is a national park, with trees and nice views, where you can go for an easy hike with your dog. We will most likely come back to this hotel!
la Perle d’Eze is a wonderful aparthotel in a fairytale landscape of Èze, best location anyone could ask for. The view from the room is unforgettable! It is located on the main road where you find a supermarket, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, everything you need, it is very clean and modern and the stuff is beyond nice. Special thanks to Sarah at the reception, she is just incredible! So helpful, knowledgeable, professional and always with a bright smile!
The lady on reception was very helpful and kind. We arrived into Eze station at 12pm and she waited for us to arrive as reception closed at 12.30pm. View was amazing. Pool was welcomed and clean. Location was perfect. Grocery store down the road had everything we needed. Cafe's and restaurants a short walk. If you need to travel by Uber and can't get one download Bolt
This 15th century house has the most incredible views of the Mediterranean coast, and the beautiful town surrounding it. The Hosts were amazing and supplied everything we needed. The village of Eze is spectacular with small shops and restaurants everywhere. Even Michelin Star restaurants. We will return to this spot. It's a small secret place that is perfect.
Nice location close to Eze medieval town, however car is recommended. Very nice breakfast can be ordered at €25/day for 2 persons. Many hiking paths in the "Parc Naturel de la Grande Corniche" where one place to visit is "Fort de la Revere" on the hilltop close by.
A fridge, watercooker and coffee maker is included.
What an incredible hotel! It’s hard to say what we liked about the hotel because everything was perfect. We travelled as a family to celebrate a wedding anniversary so we were unsure about taking a 5 years old with us, but the hotel and restaurant was very family friendly and we were very well looked after.
There was no breakfast . The villa was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped . The host William was a great bloke. In the Aussie vernacular he was "bonza bloke " !! The old town of Eze was beautiful especially with the food festival that was on while we were there.
The location of the hotel is very accessible and close to the bus station, very close to the medieval village. The rooms are a bit small but very nice and clean. the staff is amazing and very friendly, the food at the hotel is delicious.
Everything about this property was an incredible experience. When one thinks luxury and service, Cap Estel goes above and beyond. One truly feels pampered and attended to in an extremely well-appointed space. I will definitely be back!
Very picturesque room in an historic building. Located in a peaceful setting in a forested area close to Eze and Côte d’Azur. We found nice hiking nearby and had a very warm welcome from Odile, Cédric and their lovely dog.
Amazing hotel! It was a nice experience here for stay, all staffs are friendly and humorous making me feel so happy, and hotel has amazing views with mountains and sea, like the room so much! And restaurant too!
This hotel is located perfectly next to Eze Village. Cecilia is so kind, welcoming, lovely & accommodating. The rooms are clean and have everything that you need. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Cecilia!
The infinity pool was a great way to retreat back to the hotel after exploring in the morning.
Staff are very welcoming and helpful. The shuttle bus into Èze was very helpful to explore the region.
Strategic position so close to Eze and La Turbie. The big terrace with terrific view of Eze.
Great hospitality and good communication by Geoff and Kenny
