Discover our quiet and carefully decorated Duplex in a modern and refined style, located less than 2 minutes from the Metro Parmentier, and the famous Oberkampf district. You will have a high speed Wifi connection, access to more than 150 channels on the TV and to top it all off: access to Netflix. Located on the 2nd floor and a half (without elevator) of a typical Parisian building, this atypical duplex is ideally located, but also very optimized for your comfort: Hotel bedding (top of the range) Fully equipped kitchen (Oven - Induction plates - Dishwasher) Luxury sofa Large screen TV Heating & Air conditioning On a pedestrian courtyard (so no noise pollution despite the central location) Ideal for couples eager to discover! Indeed, you will be in the heart of the lively district of the rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, and the rue Saint-Maur and thus perfectly located to discover the restaurants & popular bars, but also to discover the places impossible to circumvent of the XIth district like the Perchoir, the Oberkampf district, the Place of the Republic, without forgetting the place of Bastille with the famous Opera, the popular street of Lappe, or still the inescapable discotheque of the corner, Pachamama!
