Located just a few minutes walk to Hamworthy beach and park, and 10 minutes walk to Poole Quay and the town with all its facilities. Lift and level access. Open plan Lounge / Dining area leading to a balcony with harbour views. Comprehensively equipped throughout. Fully fitted kitchen. Master Bedroom (kingsize double) benefitting from ensuite bathroom (shower cubicle, sink and toilet). Second bedroom (twin beds - 2x 3ft singles). Family bathroom (bath with shower over, toilet and sink). Parking - Two reserved parking spaces in the development`s own secure car park. Services - Duvets and linen provided (including bath and beach towels). Central Heating. Hairdryers. Technology - Widescreen television with DVD player, CD player. WIFI broadband facility. Poole is a great place to visit at any time of the year. Our harbour is the second biggest natural harbour in the World, after Sydney, and whether you are by it, on it, or in it, it’s a stunning sight! Poole is also a great base for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the Purbecks to the East, and Britain’s newest National Park, the New Forest, to the East. Poole is the place to come for outdoor activity. We have wind-surfing schools, kite-surfing, kayaking tours, fishing excursions, Brownsea Island, and some of the best sandy beaches in Europe – all on our doorstep! And for those who fancy stretching their legs with a post-lunch stroll try the South-West Coastal Path, which starts right here! For the adults, the Georgian Old Town and Quay offer a great variety of food and drink, with excellent bars and restaurants offering a huge choice of cuisine.

    Please note – Building works at Harbor Reach – The block managers have advised there are extensive works planned around Pelican House from the beginning of September 2024 for a year. There are works going on to other blocks within the development so there may be contractors working on site but not on this block. The works are to deal with façade, roof and balcony door / window issues. The entire project for the development is estimated to take two years and impact various elements of the development at different stages. We will continue to update our marketing as further details are received and update guests accordingly.
