Great night away with young children. We booked a family room which was huge slept 6!! Staff were great and friendly. Our room had table and chairs and 2 flat screen tvs.
Very basic and slightly dated bathrooms but cheap and cheerful.
Good overall stay.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.
Loved everything about it from the moment we went through the door.
Having no Wifi.Should of been offered other option they were told we could not get any internet connection at all but it didn't seem to matter. So we did without.
Staff very (reception, room service) friendly and caring. Room was clean with a comfy bed and a view to die for :) When making booking i requested a flowers and champagne to be arranged in our room prior arrival as it was my partners birthday. She loved it, thanks guys!
Only issue we had was with the lock, we found it difficult to unlock the door couple of times (room 410)
Brilliant location, lovely room. This is the fourth time we have spent a few days at this hotel.
Only stayed for one night, found the staff very helpful, room refurbished and very clean, good position of hotel on the front within easy walking of the pier and centre shops
Maybe the tiny lift, two people and two bags and it was full
The staff were on the whole friendly and helpful. Excellent location on the sea front .
Our room was small but not too much of a problem.
Bedrooms clean and comfortable and well decorated.
Staff (with exception of one) rude, dismissive and clearly not bothered whether we stay there or not. No greeting when entering the building not a word when leaving. Could benefit from some customer service training.
Sea sided and next to the center, close to the bus and train stations. Satisfying English breakfast.
Tiny room for such price. The building is like a labyrinth. When you have suitcases a little help would be appreciated.
Location and staff
Very noisy, but betifull view
Very noisey at night due to night club across road
Location fab. Breakfast fine.
Windows & blinds dirty. Small room with no view. Over priced even for Brighton
I have been to stay with you twice now and enjoyed both times. Cracking breakfast that set me up for a cycle ride back to London. Thank you.
Whats not to like? Perhaps the night life outside but to be honest that rather added to my experience and the feel of 'holiday'.
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location very convenient.
All the public areas were dumpy and dirty . The rooms were reasonable.
Dirty walls, fan didn't work, mold on bathroom seal, have painted with a tiny room.
Location was great, easy to get around and housekeeping staff helpful on a couple of minor issues, resolved them very quickly. Good price as includes breakfast
Hotel is a little tired, could do with painting and updating the interiors. Also room backed onto a side street which was quite noisy around 2am to 3am, so double glazing would be good. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, though it's shame the waiter on duty on the Friday wasn't on every morning as he was very good
Location,reception staff,housekeeping.Fantastic sea views.
Windows in room not insulated sleep sometimes difficult due to external noise of clubbers.Altough not part of hotel the dining area used for breakfast could have been cleaner in contrast Coffee Shop; Coffee Rebublic was immaculate .
The location was excellent. The sea view from the room priceless.
The room was a bit run down. Maid service was not the best.
Excellent location on the sea front close to all amenities the staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful the hotel was clean and comfort to stay in, we visited in 2013 and enjoyed so much we booked again in 2014, we are looking to go back in 2015 and bringing some friends with us
Room was spacious and clean, helpful friendly staff, nice breakfast and kids eat free!
Get rid of the revolving door, nightmare for luggage, kids and buggy and annoying to have to ring bell after 6pm to get back into hotel with buggy. Restaurant decor outdated, dark and lots of dusty curtains. Very noisy at night, not good for families!
Up grade , and food
The first room
A friendly well located hotel
Only criticism was only canned beer at bar
The staff are really helpful and friendly, The hotel is in a great location to everything you'd wish to see in Brighton. It's more than what you'd like in a hotel with cleanliness and style and also coffee shop, bar and resturant. Really enjoyed our 2 night stay and would definately recommend.
Room with view and spacious room. Friendly staff.
