People are very helpful.
Location, food and the staff were lovely. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would stay again.
Shower room was very small and claustrophobic.
A good clean, friendly hotel and the breakfast was great.
The room was excellent value for money, breakfast was lovely and the waiting staff were excellent.
General cleanliness was ok, although carpet in room needed cleaning badly and the walls could have done with painting. WiFi didn't stretch to the bedrooms on 3rd floor.
Located on Prom adjacent to bus and tram stop. Ideal for travel to Tower for us.
Very clean and modern hotel that caters for everyone.
information booklet said music would stop at 12:30 am this didn't happen as music from private function was still going very loud at 1:30am , we were on the top floor and could still hear it clearly.
Excellent peaceful location with tram stop opposite. Parking easily available. Pleasant Reception staff and lovely breakfast room.
room view lack of vegi options at breakfast....mushrooms, hash browns
The hotel itself was extremely comfortable and right on the tram line along the prom. The rooms were very clean and had great facilities. We had two rooms and they placed us directly opposite each other which was great. Staff were (mostly) professional and friendly.
The only thing I can consider slightly negative was the fact that most of the food ordered appeared to be reheated frozen meals, also the walls weren't particularly soundproof.
a very comfortable hotel, near pleasure beach and sandcastle, and only a short drive or tram ride away from tower and town. The breakfast was realy good.
not much for the kids through the week but entertainment on friday night was great.
The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The sea view room was lovely and entertainment in the evening (singer) was great as she sang a bit of everything.
If you dined in the restaurant you had to walk all of the way through to the celebration suite to use the baby changing facilities there as there were none available in the other section.
comfort the event on the night
lift is a nightmare when some 1 leaves the gate open. Especially when you have a lot of luggage and young child. No internet connection in the room so daughter was not happy. Cold breakfast
On arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly Staff.
I was placed in room 117 it is located right outside of the alleyway door with kept me awake every time someone came through it. The bed was most uncomfortable worst one I have ever slept in and the bed pillows were far to hard.
Staff very warm on approach and excellent with our seven yr old grandson.
Only a few soft furnishings chairs hard to sit on .
Location and family friendly atmosphere
Stated that there was kids entertainment in school holidays but none on.offer this half term
Sea view was good and the shower was good however quite small
Room was very small for 2 adults and 2 teens , sofa bed was old and worn and tatty .. Breakfast was awful !!! Asked for poached eggs and was given raw eggs that had been cooked in neat vinegar !! Bacon was still trying to crawl off my plate into the kitchen to be finished off... Wifi didn't work !! All in all disappointed and wished I'd of shopped about more !!!
friendly staff hotel very clean
Me and my partner both came for the weekend for valentines, we have never been in this hotel before this was our first time and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing and entertaining. The staff were all friendly some even had wonderful sense of humours. The rooms were beautiful and clean, the beds were comfy! The food was delicious, breakfast was spot on the Valentines day meal we had was 10/10. The only down side to our stay was that the hotel itself was abit out of the way from the tower and other attractions which is a shame because the hotel is fantasic, we had to get the tram to get there because it was to far to walk. However, it was a 5 minute walk from the pleasure beach! Overall, our stay perfect and we will most defiantly be back as a couple or with family and friends.
Unfriendly, unorganised for breakfast
Had a lovely stay, Valentine's l3 course meal, 2 for £30 was excellent! Could eat it all over again, friendly staff, lovely hotel! :) Will definitely be returning
staff are a credit to hotel, polite & very helpful. restaurant food was excellent. Our room was clean & spacious. We hope to plan another stay later this year.
due to poor mobility managing stairs. We had a room near lift on first floor which helped for majority of stay. But the lift was the old caged gated type & few times I had to struggle with the stairs as gate was not closed after last person used it. Also the lift was quite noisy & could be heard from our room. Only blessing was we weren't in room next to lift so we where able to rest Also seating in main entertainment bar needs up dating very low lumpy & uncomfortable.
Easy to find, location good for pleasure beach; extra heating available in room
Bed linen was on inside out to cover a stain and was torn; there was a stain on the carpet; water was cold so couldn't have shower or bath; breakfast was ok but eggs weren't properly cooked
