The cleanliness of the whole hotel and the restaurant staff.
Nothing - but the lift could be a big bigger. This is a common problem with most hotels.
The food was very good & the rooms was clean good location & tram stop was out side which was handy..
We found the beds a bit comfortable & for a family room we found a bit small.
Room and hotel clean and bright A bit of entertainment at night if you wanted it Walking distance of pleasure beach Tram stop right outside
Nothing really a wee bit out of the way of shops, restaurants and tower but there is tram stop right outside
There wasn't anything to not like
Location was as we wanted and was easy to reach both on arrival and during our stay. Food and beverages good and reasonably priced.
Room was small and cramped, and I have seldom had a more uncomfortable bed to try to sleep in. The lift is antiquated and seldom available requiring us to climb several flight of stairs to our attic room.
the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. nothing was to much trouble. breakfast had a lot of choice and was always hot. would recommend to anyone.
there wasn't anything we didn't like.
Clean and comfortable room. Good food. Great staff. Excellent situation, tram stop just across the road.
Staff friendly, parking, hotel quiet, lift to all floors, breakfast, had a wonderful two day break. We would stay again.
Nothing we didn't like..
Beds were hard. Too hot and stuffy in the rooms.
When we first got to the hotel, we did found a car space, right at the end of the car park spaces, (but if you keep an eye out you could get in front of the hotel which we did
Very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, great location with tram stop virtually on door step.
Had a sea view room which was lovely but a bit noisy as had to have windows open, not the hotels fault off course!
Room was good but absolutely roasting hot slept on top of the covers the whole night, breakfast was nice, friendly staff, free WiFi in the rooms was good.
The shower was far too small couldn't wash my feet without hitting the wall or shower door, would stay here again but probably for no more than 2 nights, the heat in the room.
Very clean and comfortable
Parking for size of Hotel very limited
Tv signal was a bit ropey but apart from that everything was execellent!!
Near pleasure beach.
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice.
We thought we were going to a family room with bunk beds but had a sofa bed instead. My kids were disappointed. Breakfast was fine but I'd have liked fresh fruit and some pastries. Small niggles and wouldn't put me off.
Close to transport and amusement area of Blackpool. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.
Limited car parking and access to room was awkward.
It was a bit out of the way, so we weren't disturbed with outside noise. As we were out all day and into the evening we just needed somewhere to sleep. The hotel suited us fine for this, bed was comfy, the room was warm and it was clean enough. The morning that we had breakfast it the main cafe area, it was ok and as you would expect.
Breakfast was extended over into the bar room. We went for breakfast at 9am as it was being served until 9:30am. When we arrived we had to wait for staff to bring things through from the other room like plates, glasses, bowls, toast etc. It took so long, and we we then had to rush to finish in time, that we skipped breakfast the next morning. Also, the walls and ceilings are paper thin. We heard every noise and conversation from the surrounding rooms. Some broken items, one side of the toilet flush wasn't working, lamp next to the mirror wasn't working and we couldn't open the windows.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Arrived late at about 10.15pm but member of staff on desk very helpful and then served us at bar and we were even able to order food. Forgot to catch his name but he was excellent. Breakfast buffet was just ideal and was hot - as opposed to warm. Would recommend hotel and would stay again.
Television channels were limited but only there for one night so wasn't really an issue.
Great view of the sunset from our bedroom... Breakfast and staff were excellent, would definitely return.
Double bed seemed tiny compared to our king size at home, but still got a good night's sleep.
I had a lovely experience at this hotel, had a friendly welcome and all the staff were very helpful, I would deffenetly stay again
Mattress was very uncomfortable.
Everything staff were terrific would go back again highly recommend it
We stayed here for 2 night and loved the bed & size of the room. Very comfortable and slept like a baby. We had a room at the back of the hotel so was no noise from outside. The breakfast is really yummy, it's buffet style so you can literally eat all you want & I like how they brought tea & coffee to you rather than having to sit at a coffee machine.
The walls are really thin.. When trying to have a midday nap from traveling all day, it was nearly impossible due to whoever was standing in the hallways talking.. It was as though they were in the room with you.. Wish the walls were more soundproof, but the hotel isn't a roudy lively place so that was only bad when trying to sleep during the day and first thing at night, but the guest tend to be asleep during the night so no disturbance then. On my final day when trying to have a shower, there was no hot water.. Probably because at that time of day most people were trying to shower too.
clean and tidy room. facilities were ok. breakfast was good
hard to park
