Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Debby was terrific. Terrific breakfast. Spacious, comfortable rooms with snacks and tea. Roomy bathroom with plenty of hot water. Roomy, comfortable sitting room lounge downstairs. Highly recommended.

Stay at the magnificent Edgar Townhouse hotel. Designated as a Grade I listed building and in a UNESCO World Heritage Site, The Edgar is on Great Pulteney Street located in Central Bath close to all the major attractions, shops and restaurants. Bath offers a diverse range of restaurants, theatres and wine bars, together with museums such as the Roman Baths, Museum of Costume and the Jane Austen Centre. Make The Edgar Towhouse your choice for a stay in Bath. Great Pulteney Street is a Grand boulevard that joins Pulteney Bridge to Bathwick at the eastern side of Bath, England. At over 1,000 feet (300 m) long and 100 feet (30 m) wide, the road itself is the widest and grandest in Bath. Commissioned by Sir William Pulteney, it was designed by the architect Thomas Baldwin and completed in 1789. Bath famous for the Roman baths, Thermae Bath Spa, Rugby, Bath Abbey, classic Georgian architecture such as the Royal Crescent it is a City which has more shops than a city ten times its size. With a vast range events and festivals bath is a city bursting with energy.
Beautiful house in historic Georgian street. 5-10 minutes walk to all major attractions. Pulteney bridge at one end and the Holburne museum , Victoria art gallery at the other end of the street. These attractions are free to visit. Located next to 3 parks and the Rugby Club.
We are very close to the Holburne Museum and Bath rugby as well as all the major attractions which are 10 minutes walk away.
