Our main joy was the lovely way Chrissy looked after us. She was more than helpful in every way. Her advice on places to eat was brilliant. Gilberts Farm was wonderfully quiet - so no trouble sleeping.

Gilberts End Farm is a Grade II listed farmhouse with historical features and countryside views. Upton upon Severn is 2.2 miles from the property. There is one room which is in the East Wing, giving you privacy and seclusion. Your double bedroom with king-size bed, has an en-suite shower. Free WiFi (FTTP), desk with laptop stand, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, tea/coffee making facilities, and a spacious seating area are featured. We welcome both leisure and business guests alike. Your host Chrissy, runs her Hypnotherapy and Reiki Practice from the farmhouse and those wanting to participate in her Rapid Change Hypnotherapy Programme, are able to book their overnight accommodation here. PLEASE NOTE this property only provides accommodation on a ‘Room Only’ basis and we do not serve breakfasts. There are many places of interest nearby that serve breakfast, and we can recommend to our guests the best places to go. Gilberts End Farm is within easy reach of the Midlands motorway network (M5 and M50) and just an 8-minute drive away from the Three Counties Showground. The Morgan Factory, Great Malvern and Malvern Science Park are 6 miles from Gilberts End Farm, while the towns of Tewkesbury, Ledbury and Worcester are all within 10 miles. Being centrally located it is ideal for those wanting to tour round both the locality and tsurrounding Counties, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Shropshire, Herefordshire & the Cotswolds.

About the Property : Gilberts End Farm is a comfortable quirky farmhouse full of beams and historic character. Your ensuite room has a King size bed, Free unlimited wifi, flat-screen t.v./dvd player, and complimentary hospitality tray. The ensuite bathroom has a shower cubicle with shower curtain, towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. There is a Comfortable seating area for relaxing, reading or watching t.v. Your room overlooks the gardens where wildlife and birds abound, your view stretches across the Severn Valley and surrounding countryside. On a clear day you can see the historic building known as the Pepperpot due to its shape and design which dates back to civil war times. There are footpaths and tracks leading from the farm and the local country lanes for those who love to explore. As well as lots of walking, guests may enjoy clay pigeon shooting at the South Worcestershire Shooting Ground and Fly Fishing at Broadoak Fishing lakes both just two miles. There are numerous other tourist attractions including various National Trust and English Heritage properties. Many festivals take place throughout the year and Upton upon Severn famous for its programme of Music Festivals from April through August and the Three Counties Showground with a full events calendar throughout the year are both within 5 minutes drive. The famous Morgan Car factory, Severn Valley Railway, Worcester and Cheltenham Racecourses, historic Cathedrals, Castles and towns full of character, history and tradition.. There is a diversity of pubs, eateries and shopping facilities in the direct locality and across the West Mids region. London 2.5 hours by car. Bristol and Birmingham Airport 1.25hrs

Please note I no longer offer breakfasts, reservations are on Room Only basis, this is because my mainstream work as a Hypnotherapist and Reiki Pctitioner is my passion and running my Practice, working with clients here and on-line, helping people change their lives an helping them to find happiness.takes up much of my time We all need time to step away from the stresses of our daily life and I feel Gilberts End Farm is the perfect spot to do just that,and I am happy to share with you all the great places there are locally to enjoy, including a really good breakfast - there is plenty of choice, such as Clives Fruit Farm, The Wheelhouse at Upton Marina, Alpaca Meadows, (theres a clue in the name), to name a few. There are ots of pubs and restaurants nearby to emjoy for lunch and evening meal too. You will often see me out walking my crazy Springer Spaniel, Raffles, in the surrounding countryside and I often venture out to the Malvern Hills, Brockhampton NT, THe Eastnor Estate in Herefordshire, the Wyre Forest, May Hill in Gloucestershire,amongst other places. Gilberts End is easy to reach, an ideal base for exploring the locality and the surronding counties, but at the same time slighty tucked away from it all. As you drive off the main road in to Gilberts End you will immediately enjoy rolling rural views across to the glorious Malvern Hills.
