On Blackpool's promenade, this Hilton hotel has an indoor pool and modern gym. The cocktail bar hosts weekend entertainment throughout the summer.

This Victorian building looks out over Blackpool's North Promenade to the sea. It is now a 4-star hotel and has an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, hot tub, steam room, gym and bar.
Score from 865 reviews Good
Ideally placed to visit local attractions but far enough away to avoid crowds. Set in lovely grounds, peaceful, ideal for golfers. Very nice breakfast and room.
Shower in room was very hot and were unable to turn it down further Furnishings a little sad and dated.
Staff were very friendly, breakfast food was very good
Decor too dark & dismal, no quiet lounge, very noisy with stag & hen & loads of noisy children. Would definitely not recommend for older clientele. Would recommend a children's area in the pub & a quiet area to eat for singles/couples
Itailian restaurant ...very good food but very busy and nosy
Very busy in all areas
as the family room given was only big enough for a couple not a fold down new, then having to pay an extra charge for a suitable room..of £25 a night (discounted from original asking price of £50 extra per night..and breakfast not included! Seems unfair as we were staying 3 nights..
Reception area Pool and gym
The room was covered in dust, including the tea and coffee facility. We went for food and drink in the bar/pub with our children but were disgusted by the state of the seating ( falling to bits). We decided to go into the Italian but also disgusting. Burnt pizza, which also took 1 hr to come when only three tables were occupied. No truffle oil for the pizza so I was given a bowl of olive oil. I asked for three different types of red wine but restaurant didn't have any of them however the bar/pub in the hotel did( strange as bub and restaurant are both in the same building)We were offered the money back on the three out of 4 meals but were charged for chips we hadn't received. It was getting so late the children were nearly asleep at the table so asked for new pizza to be sent to room ( they were also disgusting) good job I had bought some crisps earlier. At check out I complained about extra charge of food and waited 40 Mins to be given money back. I was assured that the manager would be in touch within the next couple of days for me to put a formal complaint in, about our poor experience of the hotel, but have yet to hear from anyone. The receptionist took my home number mobile number and E mail so NO EXCUSE! We chose this hotel so our children who hadn't stayed in a hotel before could experience the luxury. This hotel was certainly not like any 4 star hotel i've stayed in before.
Food Facilities and pool
room was slightly shabby nothing disastrous, just attention to detail.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great facilities as well.
the pillows were like rocks and no instructions on how to operate the heating and air con.
the staff and service was very good, the facilities are also very good.
booked through booking.com and probably a bit pricey for what we actually got compared to other hotels.
Staff we're very friendly and went out if their way to be helpful
The fact we only had one night stay wished it was longer!
Locality, friendly staff
Rooms noisy, moved three times, rooms in need of some upgrading.
Breakfast cheap !!!!!
Drinks very expensive compared to other hotels. The room was rather dark with the black wallpaper.
Hotel looked great from outside. swimming pool was clean and good. breakfast was also very good.
There was a boxing event on at thhe hotel which we were unaware of! There was a VERY large group of travellers present, very drunk and rowdy in the evening. They were fighting in the reception area in the evening-Very scary for young children to witness. Staff were unhelpful and not prepared to approach the travellers in order to resolve the issue. Rooms were very hot-too hot- slept with window open all night (in novemeber)!!! doors banging all night long. And there was the smell of smoke coming from every corridoor. Complained to management and recieved half of bill back! appalling response by manager was- travellers are our regulars and staff are scared to approach them!!!!
Nice grounds rooms are clean with good facilities
Only got 1 bath towel in room between 2 of us
Starbucks in hotel, clean room friendly staff and nice pub
A bit too expensive for 1 night
The facilities were good lots to do and bar served good food at a decent price
Cleanliness and decor in room could be improved as doors were damaged and bathroom floor, sink area appeared dirty
Staff Food Room
Nothing at all
Warm welcome from staff who were very helpful. Children loved the vast selection of food at breakfast. Great stay
No soya milk for my 3 year old but I didn't check beforehand so partly my fault.
Would like to stay for longer if stayed again to make most of facilities Great meal in pub and lovely breakfast in restaurant Pool a great size and good children's timetable Very modern and lovely decor in communal areas would definately stay again
Bedroom Furnishings are subject to a lot of wear and tear in particular the doors, chips and scuffs all over and bathroom floor looked dirty due to type of flooring. Small things that didn't effect stay but were noticeable considering for price of stay
Hotel very nice, staff very friendly and facilities were clean, tidy and presentable although the steam room was out of order. Overall a very nice hotel and we would definitely stay again!
I requested a third party authorisation form as my company was paying for our customer to stay. Booking.com said the hotel would send me a form. They didn't so I tried to get in touch with the hotel. The phone wasn't answered so in the end I rang the restaurant to be asked to be put through to Reception - they weren't able to do this. Eventually I got through, the form was emailed, but the return address stated on the form was incorrect. I found another email address but the attachment didn't go through. The hotel on receiving the email didn't bother to contact me, so as a result the authorisation wasn't received and our customer was told his accommodation hadn't been paid for and he had to settle his own account. Very embarrassing and I will not be using this hotel again.
Great service staff very helpful.
people had been smoking in this room even though it was a non smoking room. Not the hotels fault. A double bed is two single beds joined together.
Loved the stay breakfast included was really nice. Arrived for breakfast before the queue started.
