Veering away from the party culture side of Liverpool, our Falkner apartments are perfect for families who want a true Georgian living experience. The surrounding area is the quaint Georgian Quarter, with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. It is an ideal location for a homey, cosy family and friends gathering. 
>>We, as hosts, are extremely proud of the Georgian style features and are thrilled to share these with our guests. However, kindly note that with the windows being single glazed as a feature, please expect a level of background noise from the nearby traffic<<
1) Apartment - Located on the Ground Floor. 
2) Three-Bedroom Apartment - Located on the 1st floor, up 2 flights of stairs 
3) Duplex Apartment - Located on the 2nd floor, up 4 flights of stairs 
Please note that the building does not have a lift. 
*We kindly ask to make sure you read and understand our house rules before booking your stay* *The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold. Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a Damage Waiver (subject to an administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver.
