Not much to see in Crewe but Nantwich lovely, oldy world buildings. Plenty of shops and markets. Crewe No food in pubs. No Wetherspoons, but found nice clean cafe Ozzys. Food and service very good. Nice people.

The architecture inside the Hall was stunning. We were able to walk around and admire it all due to there not being a function on. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and for breakfast. Family live in area and transport links fantastic. Town centre is ok in parts, and outskirts rural Cheshire. Liverpool, Manchester and Alton Towers all easily accessible by car or train and trains to Lake District, Scotland and north wales

There's no frills but this is a proper English B&B that is clean, comfortable and the staff are welcoming and friendly. My wife had to leave early in morning but Gina prepared a Continental breakfast for her. Full English Breakfast was cooked perfectly and delicious. For the price, this hotel is excellent value. Location is ideal for many local amenities around Crewe.
