A delightful single storey cottage in the grounds of Manordaf B & B alongside the River Taf in St Clears, with its' own enclosed garden, perfect for families or couples. No Building Contractors accepted at this holiday cottage. Nearby are the fantastic beaches of Pendine Sands, award winning Tenby and just a short distance from Saundersfoot. Perfect for exploring the historic Castles at Carmarthen, Llansteffan, Kidwelly, Pembroke and beyond, The National Botanic Gardens of Wales or visit local shops and pubs. Something for the children at Oakwood Theme Park or Folly Farm and much more besides. Nearby Laugharne is the last home of Poet Dylan Thomas and, more recently, the filming location for the BBC drama Keeping Faith. With walking and cycling being a very popular pastime for both locals and visitors, the Wales Coastal Path and Cycle Route No. 4 go right by the door. Lots to see do whatever the weather. * Please note although this is a ground floor property it does not have full disabled facilities *
A new venture for us in August 2019 taking over from the existing owners. We are pleased to welcome visitors to the beautiful location and are on hand if needed. Both the Cottage and B&B and been recently decorated. We very much hope you enjoy the area as much as we do.
As well as the many beaches and historic Castles around the area, it is just a short drive to the National Botanic Gardens of Wales which now includes the The Birds of Prey Centre. You could just sit and enjoy the scenery or walk the coastal path, even take a boat ride at Tenby to see the Puffins on Skomer Island.
