You also have a wonderful pub plus 2 award-winning restaurants in the village, the Indian is just 5 minute’s walk away Steeped in history there has been a church at Great Eversden since at least 1092, and dedicated to St Mary, the original church was replaced in the 13th century after being struck by lightning.
