If you like walking and history then this is the place to...
If you like walking and history then this is the place to come. Amazing walks and stunning views. The view from British Hill Camp is quite something. There are a number of beautiful little towns, like Ledbury, Great Malvern etc that are steeped in history as well as great for eating out. The Eastnor castle and grounds are another place to visit and a walk uptown the obelisk is well worth the walk up to it.

We liked the hills and views the younger members of our party climbed the British camp to take photos and we all enjoyed the gas lights in West malvern. We took empty bottles and filled them.up with water out of one of the many wells in the area.

Lovely little town with independent shops great for browsing. Great choice of restaurants and bars. There is a great bar in the high street that brews beer called Weavers. At the top of the town we went to Alturo Lounge that has a fantastic choice of food and drink in a highly decorative atmosphere. We also went to Gurka Chef and sa.pled Nepalese food. It was very nice and a change from indian food. The theatre is lovely and very accessible. Friendly people. The area of Malvern is beautiful as always but we did not actually visit the town of Malvern this time. When we have previously visited the town we found it had character but a bit of a challenge for older folks due to it being hilly. It is still worth a visit though.MaryUnited Kingdom

The brand new bathroom had a tiny installation fault and they had the plumber in the next morning to try to fix it. I asked for whatever fruit was fresh with yoghurt for breakfast and Jeremy asked if there were anything he could get at the market to make our breakfasts even better.
