A sunny cozy spacious apartment at the 3th floor,one block from the sea next to the Marina of Floisvos,Stauros Niarxos foundation and only 10 minutes by car from the center of Athens.The apartment is next to the bus station and tram also. A beautiful family area that you will fall in love with.

Palaio faliro is a coastal area just 10 minutes by bus from the center of athens,acropolis, Parthenon,plaka and all the famous museums. A place for those who want to be next to the center but also want to have the sea at their feet..The apartment is located just one block from the sea,one minute walking distance from buses,tram etc and most of all five minutes walking distance from the most famous marina of Athens,floisvos marine.A place that will facinated you for a dream vacasions At two minutes walking distance you are by the sea, tram,buses and the Central road of palaio faliro, agiou Alexandrou that has everything you can need as super marker, stores and cafes. At 10 minutes by foot you are at the only coastal area that is so near in Athens center,the name of it Marine of floisvos. There you can admired the sea you can eat,drink and have a cocktail and watch the sunset. Next to the house there is the biggest playground in Athens with Lot's of facilities for kid's. A paradise for our little friends. The center of Athens is just ten minutes by bus and tram takes you there direct. The brand new opera of Athens is just five minutes by car or taxi.
