We follow an automated check in procedure, so late arrivals or aftermidnight departures are no problem at all! Please make sure you specify the bedding options, so that we properly prepare the house upon arrival! We are looking forward to meeting you !

Property info

Inspired & Respectful towards the traditional character that still exists in the house! The house was built in 1920s and it is 100 square meters, located on the first floor of the two floors building! The bathroom was recently renovated based on the character of its own! The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker (filter, espresso), hotplate, plates, glasses, cups, pots etc. You will find all the basics for a meal preparation! In the living room, there are two sofas converting into two separate single beds for either an adult or a child to each of them! Additionally, there is a sofa which converts into a double bed for two adults or chilldren to sleep in! Also, there's a separate space, two steps higher with a place for chilling out, where two people can easily sleep in two single matresses! Next to the living room, there is the dining room, with a big dining table where 8 people can confortably dine in! In the independent bedroom, there's a real double bed, an A/C, a big closet and an armchair. Guest will find a clean room and clean sheets and towels (one small and one big towel per person) at check-in time. The bathroom is provided with shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, an iron (iron board available) a washing machine (clothes rack and pegs available) and a hairdryer. Wifi, smart TV with Netflix, blackout roller blinds, air-conditioning and heating are at your disposal. Additional room cleaning and change of bed sheets/towels can be arranged upon request for an additional charge. Private transport from/to the airport and port can also be arranged for an additional cost!

Neighborhood info

Plaka is like a small village within the city, a neighborhood in the shadows of the Acropolis. You can actually see the Acropolis wall from the street! The studio is located a block away from Kidathineon street (the central road of Plaka), the Adrian's Arch and Zappion (the National Garden), just 400 meters away from the Acropolis, the Acropolis Modern Museum and the ancient Herodion Theatre AND 500meters away from the Panathenaic Stadium AND 800meters away from the Ancient Agora OF Athens! For the romantic ones, the "little train" can offer you a tour of the center! You just have to stop it when you meet it! Down the corner, there's the "Cine Paris", the best, multiple awarded outdoor movie theater in Athens! The movies are screened on the roof terrace, which allows you to enjoy the magnificent Acropolis view at the same time! The Odeon of Herodes Atticus works in the summer, where concerts still take place! This will certainly be a memorable experience! Around the apartment you may find mostly everything (shops, cafeterias, bars, traditional tavernas, pharmacy). Athen's public transportation (bus, metro, tram) is reachable within five min walking! It's like you will be in the center of the noisy Athens city, but at the same time you ll be feeling like you re in a small, picturesque, time prevailing place!
