Elegant and spacious 2 guests apartment, of 47sqm on the 3dr floor of a chic building with balcony at the emblematic Zalokosta Pedestrian area. This prestigious location next to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and only 50m from the entrance of the Parliament and the Syntagma square is in the heart of the political, cultural, entertainment, and shopping district very close to the historical centre & Acropolis. In a radius of 80m we find the top luxury brands (PRADA, LOUIS VUITTON, DIOR, ZEGNA) and jewellers street (CARTIER, ROLEX, CHOPARD) at Valaoritou and Voukourestiou str, theatres, shopping malls and galleries (ATTIKA) and famous coffee shops, cocktail bar and bistrots. Apartment's guests enjoy VALET INDOOR 24/7 PARKING SERVICES for only 20 euros/day. On a building with elevator, a fully equipped bathroom with branded amenities from olive oil, a fully equipped Kitchen with welcome delis, sodas, mineral water and Nespresso coffee from the hostess.
