The apartment features a comfortable and tastefully decorated living room with a large flat-screen TV and a sofa turns into a bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. We provide free WiFi throughout the apartment, allowing you to stay connected with loved ones or stay on top of your work while enjoying your stay. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a baking sheet, coffee, a coffee maker, a dining table, a hot water kettle, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a stove, a toaster, a trash compactor, and wine glasses. You can cook your own meals in the kitchen or take advantage of the many restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment has one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, complete with bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets. The bedroom also includes clothing storage, hangers, and an iron. For your convenience, we provide a hairdryer and body soap, shampoo, and shower gel in the bathroom, which also includes hot water and room-darkening shades for a good night's sleep. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, ensuring that you stay comfortable no matter the weather outside. There is a dedicated workspace in the apartment, perfect for remote workers or those who need to catch up on emails. For safety, we provide a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and smoke alarms. You can also enjoy the outdoor furniture on the balcony, where you can relax and take in the beautiful views of Athens. The apartment also includes a washer and a drying rack for clothing, with a laundromat nearby in case you need it. There is an elevator in the building, making it easy to access the apartment on a single level. Long-term stays are allowed, and we also offer luggage drop-off for your convenience.

The property is close to the historic building of National Archaeological Museum of Athens and is bordered on the east by the fashionable district of Kolonaki. The area offers an alternative insight into Athens’ political and economic situation while the lively kafeneion and meze scene is found on every street corner in an authentic Greek setting. The National Archaeological Museum of Athens, the National Metsovio Polythechnic of Athens and Strefi Hill are all close by. The central square, one block away from the apartment, features many cafes and bars with numerous retail computer shops located mainly on Stournari street. On Exarcheia square, is settled one of the oldest summer cinemas of Athens, called "Vox", as well as the Antonopoulos apartment building, known as the "Blue Building", because of its initial color, which is a typical example of modern architecture in Athens during the inter-war period. Due to the political and intellectual character of the neighborhood, you could also find many bookstores, fair trade shops and organic food stores. The nearest subway station to the apartment is Omonia station, 650 meters away. There is free street parking available. But, in case you find street parking challenging in the area, please note that the closest parking lot is located 270 meters away from my apartment. Closest bakery is located 220 m away from the apartment while the closest super market is located below the apartment.
