The food was good and every meal had a wide choice of dishes at both the main restaurant and the poolside grill. The staff were extremely helpful. There was a good variety of drinks. I was surprised that the hotel was all inclusive at that price.

lardos and Lothikaria Beach are a quiet sleepy little town with some good restaurants and bars. Its a good place to go and relax and close enought to visit Rhodes Old Town and Lindos. Its a great base with good transport links and a great Beach for swimming and snorkelling.

The hotel was good generally with a nice swimming pool and very friendly and helpful staff. The food was all inclusive and very plentiful and generally well cooked.
The hotel was spoiled by being on the main road through the town and so a fair number of vehicles going up and down with poor pedestrian facilities. Deciding to fix the water problems in the town as the holiday season began was a mistake and spoiled the town and the facilities in the hotel for a whole day.
The trip to the Tsambika monastry was a holiday highlight but beware there are lots of steps to it and a long trek up a steep road before that. The Folklore museum in Lardos also a holiday highlight.

Lardos village holds a Greek night every Tuesday during peak season ( starts around 9:30pm). This involves some Greek dancing and music in the pretty square. Be sure to book a restaurant table early if you intend to go. We particularly liked ‘Valentina’s’ - great restaurant and lovely owner.
Lardos Bay hotel is a little out of town so taxis / hire car are essential if you plan to explore. Do yourself a favour and skip the bog all inclusive hotels and stay in the villages to experience the real Greek people and food - you will be hooked!

There isn't much to do in Lardos, but the reason we stayed there is because it is near Lindos, which you really just need 1 day to be there, and the weather on this side of the island is better, less windy, the sea is calm and more sunny.

Lardos is a nice small town close to Lindos but cheaper. Within 10 minutes driving you can visit Glystra Beach (sandy beach perfect for children), Plakia beach (not sandy but the colors of the sea are wonderful) and Pefkos beach (sandy beach). 20 minutes driving and you are at Agathi beach and it is very beautiful. For dining I recommend: Valantina’s restaurant (everything was delicious!) , Roulas (best moussaka tasted!) and Savvas (more rustic but the souvlakis are really good). I tried also the bakery at the corner of the main square and the orange cake was delicious and also the ice cream! Eating in Lardos is very satisfying and much cheaper than Lindos.

We were in Lardos Bay Hotel the 2nd time and we enjoyed the time a lot. The place has been always recommended by us to our friends to see the Rhodes Island. The staff were helpful as always, the great fun with leisure time animators, good quality food although it could be more Greek. Go and enjoy yourselves! Cheers, Patrycja & Milan
Interesting resort, a very big free parking inside (curiously not indicated in the description), good position to visit all the Rodi Island. Very nice free water park (although the nicest games are only for child tall at least 1.2m).
Some little bad detail (important if you are looking a luxury hotel, less if you are looking a comfortable and practical solution), but a good location for the price.
Some rooms have very nice see, but not all, depends from the block and the floor.
Good breakfast.
The staff is kind and very well trained
We loved the little patio with lemon trees. The house is spacious, great for a family with children. Air con in every room. We also used the grill several times. Walking distance to the charming Lardos centre, where you can find with some good restaurants, supermarkets, a cafe and a fancy bakery. A beautiful and surprisingly not crowded beach Glystra is a short drive away.
We really appreciated that the host allowed for a late check-out as our flight was in the evening, and afternoon temperatures were extremely hot.
Nice calm place, you need a car to reach better options, the good thing is that it is very cheap and you can spend days exploring Rhodes, also tourist bus stop is nearby.
Food is ok, nothing fancy.
Furniture and facilities are acceptable (except of a shower, which is below expectations).
Our room was big, large terrace with jacuzzi and nice view to the big pines (?) and buses with flowers, from the distance you can see the sea.
The best thing about this hotel is probably the animation team, they are by far the best team I've ever seen. They offer a variated show for all ages. The mini disco is a must for the little ones.
The animation team is the only reason I offer such a high score, otherwise I would have probably regretted my choice of hotel.
The swimming pools are nice and offer a lot of options. The beach is private and there are enough sunbeds.
We really liked the location of the hotel, the view is beautiful, sea is from a couple minutes of walking. Really liked the staff, who were always very nice and helpful. The food that was served for breakfast was delicious. There is pool bar where you can get some drinks and play some games like pool, air hockey - but you have to pay 1-2 euros to start the games.
Also very convenient that there was a mini market in the hotel.
The villa was great, nicely appointed, great design and inviting private pool. It's in a good location, close to a beach you can walk to. We hired a car and explored the island. Lardos village, which has a good selection of small tavernas is 2km away, and a manageable 30 minute walk if you don't want to drive. The villa was very clean on arrival and the garden/pool area is private/secluded when you want to kick back and chill.
Lovely villa in a great location on the beach and gorgeous gardens!
A great bonus is the lovely beach bar just a 2 min walk down the beach, there is also a little shop at the neighbouring hotel which came in handy!
Owner is lovely, very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay and left the fridge well stocked when we arrived as well as providing a lovely meal for all of us one night, would definitely recommend! :)
We are so glad we chose this for our 5 nights on Rhodes! The service and all the restaurant recommendations were fantastic. We loved visiting beaches, evenings in Lindos town and retreating back to our villa. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing break, even food delivery if you need. We also loved the black out shutters, slept so well. Our boys loved the pool, it’s even better than the photos!
The location is absolutely fantastic, close to the beach and the village is only 15 minutes by walk.
The Villa is great, very well equipped and well-kept. Rooms are spacious and modern. The private pool overlooking Lardos Bay is amazing!
Hosts were very helpuful and friendly!
Higly recommended, you won’t regret it! We will be back!
The room was amazing, very spacious and very clean. Beach was close, it was all very quiet and peaceful and the pool area was really nice too. Location was good- there was two bus stops just outside the hotel so we could get around and plenty of food markets to get snacks. Mini fridge, working air con and TV were also a good bonus.
Terra Pietra and the Olive Garden Hotel belong to the same group, which means even by living in the villa, we have had an opportunity to use facilities and enjoy evening shows near Hotel. A great bonus to the nice and comfortable staying in the Villa
Everything was perfect.
Staff very friendly, food amazing and private beach in the hotel makes everything perfect!
There is a small market which you can buy anything you need and the person working there is 10/10!
The apartment is situated right in Lardos village. So convenient, with a supermarket across the road. The decor is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and everything was supplied. Nothing was too much trouble.
Great hotel, the rooms with private pool are worth it! Nice outdoor bar for the evenings. Food okay and plentiful with some variety and choice; salad and pasta always available but otherwise quite repetitive.
Spacious , well equipped, beautiful pool, fabulous interior. A short walk into Lardos. Host was very helpful and attentive. One of the best villas we gave enjoyed.
Family atmosphere, amazingly friendly Italian staff, relaxed atmosphere, quiet and peacefull unlike in a big hotel. Good base for trips around southeast Rhodes.
