In the heart of Glyfada, mere minutes from the seafront and the area’s posh shops and restaurants, this thoughtfully renovated 2- bedroom apartment is a perfect match for families or friends travelling together. Are you yearning to experience the famous Athens Riviera, and its characteristically cool lifestyle? This sizeable flat has been equipped with all the amenities of home including fast and free Wifi, Nespresso machine, Flat Screen TV and A/C in all rooms, so you can just move in and start enjoying yourselves. Everything you need, including a gym and supermarket is just around the corner, and there is plenty to see and to do within walking distance. Hit the beach, take a stroll in the waterfront promenade, explore the culinary wonders of the neighboring eateries, or socialize with the beautiful people in the bars around. If you are however here for longer, you’ll find the apartment perfectly suited to the needs of extended stays, too. Furnishings throughout are comfortable and stylish, blending retro 70’s pieces with thoroughly modern elements like the tasteful beton cire bathrooms. Plus, there is enough light from the large openings to make you wake up every day with a smile. Fitted with contemporary appliances, the kitchen sports an ergonomic design and a wood counter with stools - just the ideal spot for savoring a home cooked breakfast, on those rare chillier days when you can’t have your coffee in the balcony. Though Glyfada is a miniature universe in its own – with plenty of sunshine, happy faces and a distinctly nonchalant aura – you might want to venture outside to discover the delights of the rest of the city. Good news is that street parking is always available (and there is a row of spots directly in front of the building) and if you do not have a car, you’ll be 200 meters away from the tramway station that will take you straight to the Syntagma Square, in the Athens center.

Arguably the most famous southern suburb along the coast, at the heart of the fabled Athenian Riviera, Glyfada is brimming with life - yet has a wonderful nonchalant aura, thanks to its enviable position next to the sea. Attica’s best beaches are close by and there is a host of great restaurants, fancy cocktail bars, healthy food and gourmet stores, cinemas as well top tier shopping within walking distance. Glyfada is a paradise for boatsmen as well, with a wealth of large or smaller marinas around. And though it seems far removed from the downtown’s bruhaha, Glyfada is actually no more than a 30-minute drive away from the Athens city center. And if you don’t have a car, there is an excellent tram connection to Syntagma and Peiraeus, when you feel like venturing beyond your sun kissed microcosm.
