Walking into the 360 sq. m plot your villa stands to impress. Its three levels boast 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 spacious living areas, and a kitchen with all conveniences and amenities you will ever need for a relaxing and memorable stay. The temperate Athenian climate allows you to make use of its gorgeous terrace and pool area almost all year round. The ground floor comprises of a spacious open-plan sitting/dining area and kitchen. The sitting space is complemented by a beautifully fitted fireplace and the kitchen is complete with modern appliances and all necessary kitchenware. The ground floor also connects you to both front and rear outdoor spaces; the latter being the place you will be spending most of your time lounging by the pool on comfy oversized cushions, sipping pre-dinner cocktails which will then lead to divine alfresco dinners beneath the lucid Athenian sky. The gorgeous marble staircase leads you to the 1st floor where the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located. Three of the bedrooms feature extra-comfortable, luxury Queen-size beds, and the other features two twin beds. All bedrooms have ample closet space so bring as many clothes as you desire. Both bathrooms (one is en suite) are all you have ever wanted in a bathroom; spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all necessary amenities. Take the marble flight to the 2nd floor where one master bedroom takes center stage. There is one more queen-sized bed. This grandest of floors boasts its very own lounging area with a single sofa bed, a fireplace, a bathroom with a jacuzzi, a Queen-size dream bed, and a terrace that overlooks the sea.

One of the hottest postcodes on the Athenian Riviera, Voula is the ideal location to stay if you want to combine sun, beach and relaxation with a chic shopping and nightlife scene. A little more subdued than its glitzier neighbour, Glyfada, Voula offers just that right amount of buzz. If a day in the centre of Athens is in your plans, it is only a 30’ drive (45’ tram ride) and apart from the endless beach options, a trip along the coast to Sounio is definitely worth the 50’ drive. You will be rewarded with the sight of the magnificent 2,500 year old Temple of Poseidon overlooking the Aegean Sea. Athenian Grand Riviera Villa is the perfect Athenian suburb getaway for a larger family or group of friends that not only need their comfort but also their space.
