A very warm welcome from me, Theoharis, the owner of Vilaman ΙΚΕ, the property management company that is running this property. Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a “friend to a stranger” and is synonymous to hospitality. For Greeks however, it is something deeper than that., it is an unspoken cultural law that shows generosity and courtesy to strangers. In addition, my personal relationship with each property owner allows me to make sure that everything runs smoothly, as desired, so that our every guest feels at home at our properties and takes a unique experience and unforgettable memories back home with them.

This bright and beautiful two-bedroom apartment is situated at the center of Halandri. This is a comfortable home-away-from-home, ideal either for medical tourism, Hygeia, Mitera, Iaso are just a few of the nearby hospitals, or for a city break in Athens, whether it is for business or pleasure. The space Cook in our well-equipped kitchenette, enjoy the Athenian sky from our beautiful balcony, rest in the comfortable beds and park in our private parking space.

Halandri (or Chalandri) is a northern suburb of Athens and has been around since ancient times, when it used to be called Flya, and boasts the playwright Euripides as one of its most famous residents. Explore this charming up-and-coming neighborhood with the lively cocktail bars and cafes on shady pedestrian streets around St. Nicholas church. The local restaurants, dishing up classic Greek dishes and meze, to global flavors, spill out into leafy courtyards, giving Chalandri a village feel which we believe that you will love.
