We would like to inform you that in April 2022, we had an extended redecoration of the accommodation’s furniture and amenities. This elegant and cosy flat is 84 square metres and it is on the 3rd floor. It includes two master bedrooms with king size beds,a 3rd bedroom next to the living room where a big sliding door separates it into 2 separate room with a double bed, one living room with two sofas Moreover, the kitchen is fully equipped including a table with four chairs. Furthermore, there is one bathroom and a w/c . Also, in our property you will find a big balcony with an awing in order to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea. Last but not least, our flat provides air conditioning in every room, free wifi, a smart TV 43”, live streaming channels such as Netflix and Nova, a washing machine and a security door. It is ideal for families, friends or couples who desire to explore Athens and it can easily house up to 6 people. Since it offers all the amenities and comoforts, it is the perfect choice for extended holidays or even business trips. The building includes 2 lifts that can elevate up to 3 individuals each.

This flat lies in a very convenient location in the heart of Athens and it is only 250 metres from Victoria metro station (green line 1). Also, in very close proximity, there is the suburban station of Larisis (1.2 mi – red line 2) . Its distance from the high street Ermou, in Syntagma square is 2.3 miles and from the famous landmark Acropolis, 3 miles. Close to Jo apartment you can also find a supermarket (300m), a parking lot (120m), a pharmacy (250m), a petrol station (1 mil) and lastly, a self service laundry on charge (150m). Nearby (on foot in only 5 minutes) you can reach the park of Pedio Areos in order to have a lax walk and enjoy nature. In 15 minutes from the park, you will find yourselves in the well-known central square of Athens, Omomoia
