It will be a pleasure to host you in our home. Guests have full access to all areas of the house. We are taking additional measures to disinfect our space. There is a keys box with code. The presence of the host is not necessary to check-in and checkout.

Property info

This place is a two bedroom roomy apartment in Athens down town. Very close to all kinds of public transport. Extremely easy access to art and culture sites, the city center, museums, and the city main attractions. Ideal for couples,friends,families. The apartment has one master bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. It can accommodate up to 4 persons. There is also a cosy living room with flat TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a very convenient table and one bathroom/wc. There are two A/C units in the living room and in bedroom and gas heating during the winter. Finally there is a balcony with outdoor furniture.

Neighborhood info

The Lola Center or Zenios Ippokratis apartment is located on Ippokratous Street, right in the heart of the city of Athens in the border between two of the most famous Athens neighborhoods, Kolonaki and Exarcheia. It is just 600m walk from and the famous neoclassical building block of University and National Library. The apartment is just 600m walk to the nearest metro station and has direct 2min access to many bus lines connecting the area with all major city points of interest and sites. It is located very close to the Central Clinic of Athens. The trendy Exarchia square with many bars, restaurants and a vibrant nightlife is a short 5 min walk away. The Kolonaki neighbourhood, with its beautiful cafes, restaurants and upscale shops is also accessible on foot or a short bus/taxi ride. The apartment is ideally located for exploring the city. Two 24h car parkings are located in a very short distance (1 min walk).
