Private stylish and clean double bed room with balcony in the nice area of Nea Smyrni! ! The double room is for single private use inside an shared Appartement ! Shared fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and the living room with smart TV, and a second balcony sitting area with view to the mountains as the flat is on the 4th floor !for more informations see the pictures.
Guest can access the fully equipped kitchen for making a coffee or using the fridge and preparing a snack ! The apartment has a shared bathroom with all the amenities Shared fully equipped kitchen! Please wash your dishes after using ! Please clean the bathroom when using and leave it as found !My aim is always that you receive everything very clean please leave it as proper you can after departing! I have 2 little well behaved kitties living with me inside the apartment. Hey check out the reviews as well in other sites to get a feeling about my hospitality and space . Nea Smyrni is full of small parks and squares, usually at intersections where streets converge at odd angles. Because the area was outside of the city of Athens they had room to work with and made it as green and as open as was possible. It is for this reason that Nea Smyrni is considered one of the best urban areas in Athens
