The flat at the 3rd and 4th floor of a modern building combines the view to the sea with the view to the mountain, has access to the garden and the shared swimming pool with the Jacuzzi corner at the back of the property. The interior is minimal, decorated with paintings and objects signed by Greek artists. All the sofas of the living room can be transformed into beds. The huge bedroom under the roof offers an extreme luxury. The flat offers 5 to 7 sleeps.
I am the owner of the flat and the architect of the building. I am very happy being able to materialize my project which is functional and aesthetical at the same time. The hidden garden and the shared swimming pool give the impression that you live in the countryside and not just two blocks away from one of the main avenues of Athens, Vouliagmenis Avenue. I love travelling, photo shooting, reading and writing. For years I have directed a small private Cultural Center of Arts, organizing seminars and art exhibitions. I write novels and play music, when I have the time. I love meeting people from all over the world, being their host and guide during their stay in Athens, in order to make them enjoy the fullest their holidays in my country.
The neighborhood is quiet and at on;y 20 minutes walk away from the busy shopping center, the intense nightlife, the golf of Athens and the beach. It is not far from the airport, just within 25-35 minutes by car. It is served by many buses and the metro station Elliniko is at 2 km. By metro you reach Akropolis and the center of Athens city in 20 minutes. Walking, jogging or cycling around the golf or along the coast are some of the most common activities. The various beaches of the South Coast of Attiki, the lake of Vouliagmeni with the thermal spa, the Temple of Poseidon at Sounion, the port of Lavrio and the Industrial site are some places of high interest, easily reachable by car from Glyfada
