Extraordinary, and the fish restaurant of plimiri, on the beach, very special We visited Prasonisi, Tari monastery, St Paul's Beach, Anthony Quinn Beach, Lindos, and the castle ruins of Asklipio. The beach across the road from the villa was cobbles and the water was very clear. The beach however was not very attractive as there was plastics, washed up wood, even an old mattress lining the edge. I feel that the Greek gvt should be taking more ownership of the tourist industry and making their country a pleasant experience. the location of the villa was far from decent size supermarkets and while very scenic, the road was busy at times. Prasanisi beach was about 20 minute drive away and it was good to watch the water-sports too. This beach was full of plastics and litter which could easily have been kept clean and more attractive if there was some ownership by the gvt. We travelled to Kotari or Pefkos for eating places as the small local restuaurants did not suit my children's tastes.

Donna recommended some great places to eat. There was a little issue with one of bathroom sinks. But this was fixed quickly and the owners sent a little gift as an apology. Very kind. We also managed to lock our passports in the safe. Donna came to the rescue for us. Would definitely recommend the area and villa to friends. So much attention to detail in the villa. We really appreciated it and felt very welcome. Also the apartments were very clean and well equipped, the location was also perfect - far from the crowded areas, the beach by the house was like a private one, no one in sight, just our family. The space of the house is extremely generous and the owner had kept the fridge (and not only) full of treats :). This house has everything you need and the host's outstanding rating is absolutely justifiable. I will return and also recommend this property to friends who wish to visit this romantic, beautiful village of Lachania, South Rhodes. Thank you!

The staff always had a personal approach and even approached us by our names. We stayed during the forest fires and I am proud of the hotel stepping up and helping around 4000 tourists from other hotels who had to evacuate. On that note, the hotel staff worked around the clock to ensure that our experience is still of the highest level despite everything.karasikChina
