I recently discovered an absolute gem in Zakynthos – a marvelous hotel that provided an absolutely amazing experience. Having stayed in numerous five-star hotels across Europe and Dubai, this one truly offers a unique and personalized experience. Hospitality: From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warmest welcome I've ever received at a five-star hotel. The staff's dedication to guest wellbeing is evident in every interaction. They go out of their way to make you smile, laugh, and ensure you feel completely taken care of. Unlike some places, there's no pressure or forced services, which adds to the relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The Greek hospitality was excellent, adding to the overall warmth and friendliness of the stay. Outstanding Management: A special mention goes to Chrysa, the hotel manager, who is truly one of a kind. She made my stay feel like home, taking exceptional care of me throughout my visit. Chrysa's attention to detail and genuine concern for my comfort was remarkable. Her efforts to ensure that I was comfortable at all times did not go unnoticed and added a personal touch that elevated my experience. Chrysa is the sweet person, and during my stay, she became a great friend. It's very rare to find such amazing hotel managers, and I wish her the best. Maria was incredibly friendly and always available to give advice. Her readiness to help and the nice chats we had were really delightful and added to the overall positive experience. Bar Service: Stematis at the bar deserves a special note for his exceptional service. He is a great gentleman who made tasty coffees. His friendliness added another layer of enjoyment to my stay. Dining Experience: The dining experience at the hotel is truly delightful. Mary and her wonderful team paid attention to detail and dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience were evident in every dish served.

EVERYTHING! A BIG thank you to all the staff of this resort! Especially to Fofi! We booked here for our honeymoon and everything was simply magical. The views are incredible and the whole experience is beautiful. The staff is amazing and really friendly, they really care about their guests comfort and even if you face an issue they go above and beyond to solve it. The reception team are lovely and very very welcoming and helpful. Fofi is the best and she takes good care of everyone! Eldina and everyone else was also amazing. Definitely coming back here next year for our anniversary! Highly recommended.

The staff are very accommodating and the resort is absolutely beautiful.

Family run and super friendly. Really clean, restaurant on site, pool, great views. The breakfast was exceptional - in all honesty, the breakfast was better than what you would get at most 5 star hotels. Over easy eggs cooked perfectly, fresh baked bread, fresh fruit, nice spicy olive oil, espresso/cappuccino, cucumbers/tomatoes.

When we complained about the room, we got an upgrade. I also like how the manager wanted to manage the complaint and the effort he put on it. We liked all the pools, pine forest near the beach, sea, evening culture program (even it was a bit outdated), views. Upgraded room was fair enough, I expected better cosmetic as this is 5 start hotels. I like fridge service, too.

Everything was perfect. Clean, quiet with lot of privacy. Spacious house and really comfortable for families with kids and babies. Owner was extremely communicative and helpful with everything we need. Definitely I will come back next year!
