Staff were really kind and helpful during a stressful situation. At the last minute, someone in the party fell ill and was not able to travel so we switched one of the plane tickets to someone else. They were really accommodating and kind and changed the room from a double to a twin without us even asking! They also gave us new sheets when we spilt a drink on the sheets. Loved having a kitchen.

Mr. Nectarios offered a wonderful hospitality. He greeted us when we arrived, helped out with carrying the luggage up the steps, and was very welcoming. He gave us detailed orientation to the place and surrounding region along with accommodations. He helped with arranging transportation. He made himself available and gave us his phone number in case we needed anything. The sunset view was amazing!

It’s up on a hill that give amazing view (panoramic) to the see, down direct to it is the bus station which go to the center of Oia,, then goes to Fira. • *Services* Many many thanks to -*Nectarios*- Words cannot describe my thanks to him. If I know that I will be so happy and comfortable on the stay, I would reserve more days to stay, because of that good Man. He provided us with everything we need. • *Food* Attached kitchenette with all cooking utensils and accessories. all you have to do is bring your food and cook.

Great location, for a low cost Oia lodging, about 40 meters from the trail between Oia and Fira. It overlooks the caldera with sunset views from the property deck. The host is attentive and responsive and a very nice warm-hearted person. An induction hot plate and small refrigerator allowed us to prepare food from the grocery store (Lidl has fresh chocolate croissants for 0,65€!) as desired and there are wonderful restaurants nearby

Hotel is on top of a ridge. The view is to the west / northwest, which is flatlands out to the Aegean sea and great for the sunset. It is not a view of the volcano, though you can walk up the rest of the hill about 75m to see the view of the volcano and the inner crescent of Santorini and Oia town. It's worth the walk as there's also a small iconic church at the top - the type of church you see everywhere on the Greek islands. The top is also the Oia-Fira 10km walking trail (which I didn't do), which has, I am told, pretty breathtaking views if you do the walk very early in the AM when it's relatively cool. The hotel granny brought me some fresh figs each morning of my stay as I sat looking out over the water.
