Recently updated top floor studio apartment, with breathtaking views and an abundance of natural light throughout the whole apartment and with one large terrace and one balcony. Nestled among countless cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, entertainment venues, bakeries, fresh foods markets, exclusive boutique stores, and the picture-perfect Marina are all just minutes away. The apartment is very quiet as it stands on the top floor (5th) of a residential building, with one large terrace and one balcony that give you the most amazing views of the whole area, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal or a beverage. The whole apartment is covered by a high-speed wi-fi internet, so you will always be connected when wanting to catch up on work, or in sharing your memories with family and friends. The apartment is conveniently located close to public transport with several bus and tram stops a short walk from the property. Free parking on the surrounding streets is limited, however, there are private parking lots to park by the hour or by the day on Ralli or Voulgari streets.
