Welcome to our brand new, calm, semi-basement apartment in Athens! With a queen size bed and access to the shared backyard, it provides a wonderful setting for unwinding and enjoy yourself! It is located in a typical Athenian neighbourhood, Ilisia, only 10 minutes walk from blue metro line (M3). Also check its neighbour studio apartments located next to each other.

Our own neighbourhood, Ilisia, located near the city center, is a classic densely populated working-class Athenean district. It is named after the Ilissos river, which rises near Kaisariani on the slopes of Mount Hymettus, and which, although Athens' historic river, is barely noticeable except in heavy rain! Ilissia also has the "Ilision" pine park, which is only 5 minute walk from the apartment, and lush "Brazil" and "Madrid" squares with plenty of greenery. Several bus and tram lines, as well as the "Megaro Moussikis" metro station, serve the area. Our apartment is really close to the city center! So we suggest walking! Syntagma square is only 2 km away! However, if you don't feel like walking, the Athens public transport system is pretty good, and very affordable. If you are visiting for a few days, the easiest service to use is the metro. Megaro Moussikis station, which is in the M3 blue metro line, is just 10-minute walk to our apartment. The line connects the Athens International Airport with Syntagma square and the Piraeus harbour.
