Located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building, just 3 minutes walk from Chalandri square, you will find a Studio in the middle of trees and gardens. The residence is newly renovated and has a modern décor. It has a large patio door leading you to the terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun or find the shade of the trees. Ideal for couples. Supermarket, bakery is just around the corner.
I will be available for my guests in order to help them wherever I can since I live next door.
Chalandri has a very large and nice shopping area.There are bars and restaurants with delicious greek food or whatever you like to eat indian, mexican etc. Several parks, large and small, were you can have a picnik or just a simple walk in the shades of the trees. Close by there are a lot of buses that can take you to the centre of Athens or to the Metro. The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos, 20 km Public transport to visit all the beautiful sites of Athens is nearby (500m). The nearest metro station is Agia Paraskevi 20 minutes walking and 9 minutes by car from the property.
