Apartment is new built in 2010 is very simple decorated , warm and very comfortable for any kind of guest who want feel nicely and easy . It is full furnished and very equipped . Πληροφοριες για το χωρο μου In new building , with Modern furnished , in 63sqm2 , in ground flour . Elegant, simple , with nice esthetic and very comfortable . Sunlit 1 bedroom (King size bed ) with 5 closets and air condition . Spacious Living consists of : Couch , 1 sofa bed (for 2 people sleep comfortable ), extra bed upon request and an office with chair . The apartment is equipped with brand new washing machine, brand new stove and new refrigerator. WiFi. Brand new 43" flat screen TV . Garden of the building is with lemons tree , orange trees , and Mandarins tree having a beautifull view on that . Consider ,that in your balcony you may have your our privacy :) Everything you may need for an unforgettable and relaxing stay is included!

Neighborhood info

My apartment located at a very quite area with a lot of trees can find easily lemons trees and orange trees on our neighborhood (our building has fir trees also and lemon trees and orange trees ) while we almost 700 metres from the sea away . The advantage is that you can take a walk around the hill fror relax at winter time usally or less than 15 minutes walking you ll be at the sea ! Around can find super market , mini market, pharmacy and excellent Gym for those who want stay fit at holidays ! tips : excellent kitchen at ''Nalou lounge bar'' located up to the sea and only 15 minutes walking away !
