Built in 2022, our modern two-storey villa spans over 180 square metres and is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay. The ground floor features a spacious living room with open plan kitchen, perfect for entertaining and enjoying meals with loved ones. Conveniently located on this level is a guest toilet. Three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, provide ample space and privacy for up to six guests. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the third is on the first floor and offers stunning views of the sea and Agios Isidoros. Large verandas with panoramic sea views and comfortable outdoor furniture invite you to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island. The villa is located in Kokkali, one of the quietest areas of Leros, overlooking one of the most beautiful sandy beaches that stretches for over a kilometre. From its terrace you can dive straight into the sea and watch the breathtaking sunsets on the horizon. There are other beaches in the area, each with its own special character and all within walking distance of the villa. Although the area is extremely peaceful and quiet, its strategic location in the centre of the island means that any other village or beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Two of the best seafood restaurants are just a 10 minute walk from the villa to Gourna beach or a 5 minute drive to Drymonas with its picturesque fishing harbour. The villa is fully equipped and newly decorated for maximum comfort. The sea breeze and the sound of the sea create a relaxing atmosphere and both the terrace and the balcony allow you to relax and enjoy nature. The biggest tourist attraction in Leros, Agios Isidoros, which can be reached by a small paved path through the sea, is right in front of the villa.
