Amazing location just meters from the beach! We enjoyed eating all of our meals outside watching the water and soaking the hot tub with such a beautiful view was relaxing.
There were all the facilities that you need, dishes, coffee machine (Nespresso), pots and pans, cutlery and even salt and pepper :)
Beds were incredibly comfortable and the tv was great for family movie nights after a day of fun in the sun.

A small village, quiet. Limited food options, some of the restaurants were opening at 5PM and quite small, long wait for food in some cases. Food is international, pasta/pizza/burgers/schnitzel, all side dishes comes with french fries, not so good if you look for some special or some veggies. The host told us to let her know if we want some special to order in advance and she will do it for us, but I find this a little bit complicated if you don't want to be tight by a schedule.
We went to a 'wild' beach, opposite from the port, perfect for families with small kids, no deep water, if you go in the morning (9AM) you can find also umbrellas, you just need to bring your towels, paid only 4E the parking. Comparing with Sabunike beach were we paid 20E for 2 chezlongs. Zadar city is 20 minutes driving, Nin city 10 minutes driving for evening dinners or to feel the vibes. Krka national park 1.5h driving, Plitvice Jezera 2h driving - both are a must visit.

I have spent a week in Sabunike, Privlaka.
I have spent a week in Sabunike, Privlaka. In my opinion, it's a very clean and cosy place with breathtaking views on the mountains Velebit and the Adriatic sea. One of the advantages of this place is silence in the evening and at midnight. For those, who are looking for a calm place with fresh air, beautiful nature, well-organized pedestrian zones, well-equipped and fenced playgrounds for kids and adults - Sabunike is the right choice. Additionally, Sabunike is located very close to Zadar (about 15 km), and about 30 km to the airport in Zadar. The price for a taxi (driving with Uber) is really cheap - about 30 eur.

Nice place overallm I totally recommend.
Nice place overallm I totally recommend. Enough shopping spots, ice cream, some restaurants. The bakeries have great offer there - I recommend "burek" with cheese or meat, Beaches are rocky in Privlaka, you have to go 5 min by car to Nim to get to the sand beach. It's good for runners, there is a pedestrian/bicycle path along the coast - really enjoyed that. It's close to Zadar - a must if you're nearby. I found it comparable or even better than Dubrovnik.

Privlaka, specifically Sabunike, is nice location for families with small children. We have been there third time already, and will come again. Nice beaches, both crowded and also quiet ones, where there are just few people, shallow water. Every now and then it is windy for windsurf and kiteboard. Sabunike has mini promenade with ice cream, some restaurants, playground, sports grounds. It is a quite place without parties. Small historical town Nin about 7 minutes by car, or larger Zadar 30 minutes far away.

Privlaka does not have much to offer to do or see.
Privlaka does not have much to offer to do or see. It is a small village ideal for those seeking a quiet holiday. Unfortunately, even in the neighbouring area we did not find many places to go unlike in Pula, Instria before. Nearby city of Zadar was personally a big disappointed for us especially following our visits to other lovely, charming Croatian towns.

We enjoyed our stay in Privlaka.
We enjoyed our stay in Privlaka. We have visited couple of restaurants (Ive, Amico and the bistro at the beach) - all were good. Ive is a little bit cheaper although the quality of food and service were eaqual with Amico. From the reviews we expected to find sandy beaches in Privlaka but we ended on the a beaches that were not fully sandy. One has to travel to Nin or Vir for larger (but crowded) beaches.
We had an amazing stay. The hotel is located by a small bay with shallow water. It is perfect for kids and people who don't swim well. Those who like to swim and snorkel can go to the end of the bay to find 3m depth. Another strength of the hotel is that the restaurant is facing water. Throughout the stay, we started each day with breakfast in the morning sun and later admired the sunset during dinner. The food was all-you-can-eat buffet style and was delicious. The menu changes daily. The host was welcoming and helfpul.
Apartment is brand new and very well equipped. It has also nice and big terrace with awesome view to Privlaka. It is located in the quiet street and literally super market is just a few meters away. Beach is also really close and if you prefer sandy beaches you can take a car and choose some very nice ones in Nin or even find some hidden one. Stay in this apartment was awesome experience and I would recommend it for everyone especially for bigger families or more than just one family.
Completely satisfied!
Valentina is a super helpful and always available host. We received many tips on dining out, car rental, activities, etc., were able to use the SUP as well as some beach games and had a very relaxing vacation.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of Privlaka, in walking distance to two sandy beaches (within 10 minutes max), a kiosk, a bakery and several bars.
Thank you Valentina, we will be very happy to come back!
Very relaxing appartment close by the sea in the town of Privlaka. Plenty of parking spots. Good facilities in the appartment (only thing I was missing was something to make a coffee with). Further it had everything.
Bed was super comfortable. Very beautiful mountain view from the balcony.
The woman who owned the place was very friendly and helpful!
It's a 30min drive to Zadar and 10 to the island Vir, everything close by :)
The location of the apartment is wonderful, in the countryside just behind Privlaka, so you can enjoy fresh air, wonderful views, absolute tranquility, ease of reaching the main communication route to other localities in the area. Owners of great kindness and courtesy, available for all our requests.
It is difficult to find words to describe such a favorable location.
Modern, beautiful, apartment with big terrace located directly by the sea. Every evening we were admiring the sunsets on the terrace. It is very quiet area so you can enjoy the silence. There is sidewalk/bicycle path in front of apartment so you can go for long walks to Privlaka direction or the other way. There was also available stand sp paddle board.
It was a wonderful experience staying at the new wellness resort with a rare natural concept. Our wooden house was cosy and comfortable. The resort is situated on a beautiful sandy beach in Privlaka. We were thrilled to have access to a private sauna, whirlpool, and relaxation area in our house, which was a unique experience for me and my wife.
The main advantage is that Nikolina House has fence all around the yard because we had dogs with us on holiday so we did not have to worry about them when they were outside. Parking and garden really good bonus.
Really nice house in quiet and peacefull neighborhood.
Privlaka is good outlet point for many trips or you can just rest by the sea.
Privlaka, esp. Bilotinjak, is extraordinary in terms of peace, the area is really quiet in the night. Beaches nearby are sandy, great for kids, there is a multitude of other beaches around, one can easily spend 3 weeks here visiting a different beach every day. The are is also good dor biking and there is a nice bunch of geocaches here.
Great location by a small beach in a quiet town. Awesome for families. Even though Privlaka is a small town, there enough happening to entertain kids and have a good time! :)
Spacious aparetement. Great host. Privlaka is a nice little village close to the bigger city of Zadar. Apartment very close to the sea , shops and restuarants.
